舒適酒店(Comfort Inn)

I like the indoor pool and hot tub. Most hotels now have been doing away with hot tubs, so this property is my go to when staying in the area.

The pool area which is very popular, was dirty. The chairs have black mold all over them. The windows have mold on them, no one cleans or has cleaned in the pool area in a very long time. Power washed, used a chemical to clean the visible mold everywhere. The room was not vacuumed, shower wasnt touched. Cleanliness is lacking. Breakfast was great and very attentive. We asked houskeeping to leave us towles and garabge bags and got nothing. Cleaninless should be priority.

We love the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were clean and very accommodating.

I would book again. I would just say they need more parking spots. I had to make up my own parking spot since it was full. Other than that no issue at all and it was clean.

It was a nice hotel but black out curtains don't close all the way light from post shined through

I love the pool it's one of the only indoor hotel pools that are actually at a comfortable temperature where you'd want to swim in it then the hot tub is fabulous it's a great escape at its value

Reception was very friendly and efficient. Good size room with 2 double beds. NY Eve stay and rooms were sound proof. Shuttles to ****** and back were provided. Very nice complientary breakfast including warm items such as eggs and waffles. Biggest complaint was that the room carpet looked old and there was a large white stain between the beds.

A truly terrific intimate property. Not too big,not too small. Wonderfully attractive lobby, similar to a mountain lodge. Rooms are close by with staff on hand 24/7. Don't pass up on this one.

Everything was great but one thing - water in the pool has to much chlorine, even burning eyes. Otherwise good experience!
