BEWARE! We have stayed here in the past because we can leave our car and take the hotel shuttle to the airport. December 2023, we were charged a parking fee of $50 to leave our car. We didn’t like it because this was not posted on their site but paid because our car would be safe. Also, this would be cheaper than parking at the airport. We just checked in and the desk clerk told us we could not leave our car here and take the shuttle in the morning because we didn’t book it with our reservation. We told him, this was not an option when we booked our room. His response was you can’t book it online, you have to call. He said only a limited number of parking spots are available. There are plenty of empty parking spots around the hotel! We stressed this is not on their website and his reply was he would leave a note for the manager to update the page. We are very disappointed in the service we have received and will never stay at this hotel again.

This is a very nice hotel. It is a large facility with 4 floors. They have nice large rooms. It is a very clean and friendly facility. They serve a very nice full breakfast every morning. This hotel is hard to get to. The GPS service is not up to date with all of the recent highway changes near the hotel. You have to go past the regular turnoff place and then make a U-turn and come back to the entrance road.

XX9993OXjoshuasMy group chooses this hotel year after year we are never disappointed. It is only 2 exits from IND Indianapolis Airport and they just renovated, so the entire place is brand new. We go to Honduras to provide dental care for the people there and upon check in,we were greeted with custom welcome signs, flags,and photos as well as a drink and snack reception in the meeting room just for us! Also,our flight was delayed 5 hours on our return trip and they were able to get rooms for us last minute so we could all rest! Amazing and thank you!

We always stay in Plainfield Labor Day wknd for the US Nationals.It's a 20 min drive to the track,but worth it due to the dining options,tranquility and price.The last few years we've settled on Baymont by Wyndham with their pool ,hot tub and large rooms.Highly recommend.

訪訪客This past weekend I took my teenage daughter and some of her friends to Plainfield for the Anime Crossroads Convention that was at a different hotel but in the same neighborhood. I have stayed at this hotel a couple different times with my boyfriend in the past, but wanted to take the time to leave this review, hoping that something may change and that I can continue to use this hotel. First, the hotel is right in the middle of a bunch of my favorite restaurants and DoorDash is popular in the area. Even if you're not in the mood to go out to dinner with your friends or family, you can still get to experience some of the better places in town. This hotel was priced reasonably well, considering the size of the convention that was the same weekend. Check in went well; the gentleman checking us in was very friendly and polite. He told us all about breakfast and what time the pool closes, etc. We walked into our room (after checking out the other room for my teenagers) and I was just.... shocked. The room did not appear to be clean and I noticed very quickly that there were stains and big dark marks along the almost white-beige-grey walls. The texture of the sheetrock makes it almost impossible to keep clean, and the walls were definitely in need of a good scrub. The room was also very cold, but that was because we noticed the window was wide open (no screen to be had). Not really a problem for us, because we don't have small kids. However, I can see where having a second story room without a screen on the window might be a problem for some. I went into the bathroom and to my horror the bathroom ceiling above the shower was completely spotted with black mold. My boyfriend has COPD and is highlu allergic to mold spores. I called down to the front desk to see if we can be switched rooms, to no avail. I'm not surprised, its convention week, blah blah. I asked if the housekeepers could bring a cleaning solution or something so that I could try to take care of the mold myself. They said that they would and even once I'm back home, we never got that cleaning solution from the housekeepers. In the end, before 9 p.m. I went to the dollar tree and got a heavy grade anti-bacterial soap and spray and cleaned my hotel room, twice. I went to get into the shower I just spent 50 minutes cleaning... and there was no hot water. The water barely got lukewarm, I ended up shivering once I got out. The shampoo and conditioner in the containers on the walls weren't very moisturizing, but hotel soap never really is. The breakfast bar has made significant improvements, but there is still much left to be desired. I would appreciate just a few donuts or muffins or something besides blueberry. Blueberry muffins, blueberry waffles, blueberry yogut, blueberry syrup.

FFarAway42330596977This was just about the worst experience we have ever had. We had an accessible room but it left a lot to be desired. No phone, hand rail in bathroom looked and felt like it was going to come out of the wall. Checking in took a while and the lobby was completely devoid of any phone, bell, or anything else to get the attention of the clerk. I banged with my cane. Breakfast was small enough that we went someplace else to eat. (Granola bars).
