印第安納波利斯機場凱隆波因特酒店(Clarion Pointe Indianapolis Airport)

La ducha de la habitacion el agua no bajaba bien al igual q en el lavamanos, el dish en el TV se detenia demasiado y en el desayuno no habia una persona constante q atendiera el servicio. En el area de la piscina las plantas daban pena y en la noche habian niños corriendo en los paaillos y no dejaban descansar al huesped.

Buena atención los empleados de ese lugar son muy amables 🙏

El servicio

Always clean and cozy. Actually pretty quiet for being close to the airport. I’ll use again when needed.

The staff were nice and the property was clean. When we checked in, our keys did not work. The desk clerk got us in, but the keys never worked for us until the morning clerk redid our keys. The room was very noisy from outside highway traffic. The room worked for us for a one night stay, but wouldn't stay if needing multiple nights.

Limited parking although they own the restaurant next door so you can park there. Breakfast was ok but cold.

The Indian man that greeted me was not pleasant until my husband arrived and he was very different. The whole hotel is like lipstick on a pig. There was poop smeared on the wall in the tiny bathroom. There was obvious cosmetic updates, but it needs a serious renovation. We used the shuttle in the morning for our 5:30am flight. We expected to be leaving the hotel at 4:30 but we went to another hotel to pick up 8 additional guests. We arrived late to the airport and almost missed our flight. Because we arrived late, our luggage did not make it to our destination. *The shuttle drivers were very nice, we just did not expect another 20 minutes to be added to our journey. When we arrived back at the airport, I called EIGHT times before someone answered. We were told they would not come until we were outside waiting at ground transportation. We waited in 30 degrees for 35 minutes before the shuttle van arrived. PROS: It was convenient to park our car at the hotel. However, next time we will probably pay to park at the airport and not mess with a shuttle.

staff was wonderful, shout out to the little boy lending a hand, truly made my stay a great one. the room was clean and very modern feeling! our fridge wasn’t very cold and the hot/cold water was switched, but these are super minor issues
