Room was not ready. But they gave me another room immediately

Arrived to our hotel later than anticipated. The hotel looked a bit older and worn down. We were met by the most friendly and attentive clerk (my apologies as I can't remember his name). Our suite was opposite of the exterior and hallways..clean, spacious, well stocked. There were a few details (i.e bathroom floor tile has seen better days) but overall the experience was better than initially anticipated. We will definitely stay there again.

My room smelled like curry and it was the most horrible smell I have ever encountered!!! I went to sleep smelling curry, woke up smelling curry!!! Everyone does NOT like curry!!!! I can never stay in a room like that again, please try and air it out or something. Room 238

All night loud banging and stomping around. Dirty nasty dishes with food still on them in the kitchen cupboard. Ac kept flipping over to heat tape up on the lights im assuming to hold it in etc. Im not sure what pictures they used or what location but it is a complete misrepresentation of what you are actually staying in. For the cost of the room for each night and all the hasle ended up going and checking in to another hotel which was alot nicer for $30 cheaper and couldnt cancel because of all the nasty cancelation fees. We assure you that we will never ever consider again. Would rather sleep in the car. The staff that we did encounter very sweet and considerate. Im gonna be nice by saying this but they deserve a whole lot better establishment then where they are at. Their hospitality and kind hearts are probably the only thing keeping this place a float

The rooms need to be updated and the hallways smelled like cigarettes. Room had a musty odor and the appliances are outdated. Bed was ok. There were only 2 of each utensil in the kitchen and mismatched glasses… place just seems outdated

I like the location of the property because there are a lot of shopping areas around there. I don't like the hotel because it smell so bad i can't even stand it for even 5 minutes. The smell burns my eyes and nose i don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst hotel i have ever seen because of how bad the smell was. 😒

Good! Only one unexpected change. They had no real oven. Staff let me know the difference in their property’s. ES Sonesta are the stays with a real stove. I learned something new today 👍

Staff was very nice. Website states checkin at 11am but it’s actually at 4pm and if you attempt to check in earlier, you are charged $20. Also, there is a $5 fee for parking each night. Besides some hidden fees, hotel is in nice area.
