達拉斯普萊諾戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Dallas Plano)

Construction was being done on two rooms directly across from mine. Equipment and materials were packed into the hallway and drywall dust was in the air and on furniture in my room. There were crumbs on my floor, a used/dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, and rust all around the bathtub faucet and drain. I asked for a new room and the one they put me in had a bathroom that reeked of cigarette smoke. This place was disgusting. When I complained, the guy at the front desk said he couldn't do anything about it because the manager wasn't there - I asked if he could contact her and he just said, "No." What a terrible disappointment.

1. Didn't have the room size (1 king pullout couch) that we had contracted for. And because they were booked, they could not make any changes. 2. Strong smell (like fire/smoke) and called front desk, they noted they would check it out. No call back to update us.

Clean. Tv channel selection was sketchy. I had to play with the cables a little. Oh tv was unplugged when I arrived. Area was very questionable. It was quiet and I felt safe. So I would stay there again.

Came in very late after midnight . Suite had no water. Reqyested and was Denied. Sofa bed had no shee3or pillows. We were denied request and had to wait next day fir hoysekeeoing. No breakfast. They had nothing but junk muffins abd waffles. Denied to addy my reward number fir points. Never again any Days Inn

Great place for the price. It’s not perfect but remember what your paying. Great service, comfortable beds, clean room. Bring your own pillow and there are some imperfections but great value for the price.

This property is under renovation. You could smell wet paint. The A/C in our room wasn't cooling very well. The room itself was nice.

Property is pretty much ok….blah. Breakfast not quite lame. Decor not quite right. No visitors allowed. Priced a bit high for the quality, but that’s common now.

The hotel is showing its age but it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lacking.
