I've always enjoyed staying at Marriott hotels. Not so much this time. Love the area but not the hotel. The phone rings at 4 am in our room. A lady at the front desk decided it was ok to call at that hour to ask us if we heard any noises or any music. Lucky for her, my husband answered the phone and not me. So, she woke everyone up and then we couldn't go back to sleep because then all we could here was the person next door snoring like a pig. The right thing to have done was get off your lazy ass and go see for yourself where the noise was coming from and not wake people at that hour. Common sense is a rarity now days. If I had a problem, you would have heard from me and it's not my job to find the noise. Next, the toilet kept having issues probably due to the poor water pressure in the room. Then, we ask for towels and was told we would have to wait a while because they didn't have any, they were in the dryer. After waiting a while and no one showing up with any towels, I go to the front desk and is handed damp towels. Don't know who's running this hotel but they're not doing a poor job! Will never stay there again. Stayed at this same hotel in Webster,Texas and it was superb.

I was told my stay came with complimentary room cleaning services. I didn’t receive it at all. I told guest services about it as well as the cleaning lady. No one assisted me. I had to get towels myself twice. The breakfast food wasn’t great either.

They did not clean up the room during my stay . Very disappointed

What I liked about the property was the property was convenient to everything. What I disliked was the ants in the room, the maintenance guy coming to the room with a can of RAID in which he sprayed so much like it was aerosol, that he soaked the bathroom floor & made the room unbearable to stay in for a period of time & unable to walk the bathroom floor without shoes.

It was a nice property and room. However housekeeping never entered my room during my stay to clean, make beds, or replenish towels. Plus the hotel double charged me after I had already paid through *******. Not happy!

We asked to clean the bathroom but they just provided towels and didn't even do any cleaning

Deep cleaning of bed & pillows much needed in rm 210. The whole bed smells. It may very well have been the high humidity. But that plu the down in the pillows don't mix.

The toilet didn't flush 'at all'! A little too eco friendly. The odor of the pillows and bed didn't seem right. I requested new pillows
