Excellent stay. The night staff was wonderful and friendly upon check in. Parking was easy and so convenient. We love the modern design and the great rooms. One of our favorite hotels in DFW.

The room was large and spacious clean, and the hotel was quiet. It was a very nice day.

While my boyfriend and I stay here often unfortunately one of the weekends we stayed the wifi was out all weekend, the service definitely isn’t the best here if we’re lucky we’ll have 1-2 bars- but the front service was incredibly nice and apologetic for the inconvenience we still enjoyed our stay and we’ll always be coming back here it’s a very safe neighborhood and everything is walkable

The tv did not work in our room. When talking to the service desk they were aware of the problem but stated they couldn’t do anything about it. I would have liked to have known before booking .

i was sold a king size room. drove 2 hours to the hotel and they didn't have any rooms available. I was not offered a refund since I did not stay there. I spoke to manager to see if he can possibly give me a king size room another date and they refused. service is bad. they kept my money and didnt offer a solution. I have emails to prove as well as recordings of what manager said when I arrived to check in.

Location near my office very convenient and lots of amenities near this hotel.

Well, I asked for pillows and towels around 7:30-8pm and they brought them to my room at midnight, knocked multiple times which woke us up. But we were out of it and didn’t answer the door, then they called. I appreciate the effort but not getting woke up.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again
