Enjoyable staff due to the nice staff, cleanliness, variety of breakfast items, cool layout including the children's and teen's game area, breakfast room, nice lobby, clean pool and gym areas.

I looked at the reviews yet took a chance. Yes, we'll situated, great for kids. The water park is great but needs a good scrub, especially since kids are in there. The basement kid friendly area is great, fun city I think, well nice fir the kids for sure. Room: Well, that needs cleaning, really cleaning, we found dirt on the sheets, stains on pillow case, sofa had crumbs, wallpaper is peeling off, room smell moldy. Did I mention we stayed 4 days, and the cleaning lady only made up one of the beds in the room, dust on top of the mold. When crossed a cleaning lady on the hall, seemed as if they were avoiding us. Where is the safe in the room? There is none! What a maze to get to your room, corridor needs more light. Breakfast: tks God for the waffle ( first day great batter, then it was downhill) eggs forget it, sausages are not real. Staff: Amazing! As a long-time member, I expected more of a welcome. At times the front desk people were on their devices. Perkins attached to the hotel is brilliant Many hotels are close by, will take my loyalty elsewhere next time.

I had reserved this hotel a month prior to the stay and specifically requested a higher floor room, suspecting it was a wood construction common in this area of the country. You’d think they could plan rooms around such requests. Wyndham failed here. I was assigned a first floor room (127) that smelled of cat urine, and it was adjoining. I could literally hear the neighbor‘s every noise and conversation and his CAT meowing next door. Really, you allow cats??? To add to insult, I heard my upstairs heavy footed neighbor‘s every movement for hours, like a drum. The hotel applied a spray to address the odor, claiming they had no other rooms available, but on attempting to ventilate the GROUND floor room, contrary to my long-ago request, I discovered the window lock was broken. Gee, now a guest SAFETY concern. Had this been in a larger urban area, I would have abandoned my stay, but I reinforced the window security with my suitcase. The room itself had been partially updated recently with floors and furniture, but the bathroom was reflecting its last update from the 90‘s, with an added bonus feature of sticky floors. Yuck! Fortunately enough towels were provided to spread on the floor to avoid whatever the stick was. The parking lot was poorly lit, many lights out, and the breakfast offering was just pitiful. I chose to eat at the nearby McDonald’s, knowing that if they can’t keep a room clean it probably also carried to their food handling. I was truly offended by this stay, but due to fall foliage season, I could not readily change hotels this weekend that I stayed. The front desk offered to discount my room, but the point is: safety and cleanliness are basic guest expectations and contract terms we expect to be strongly upheld with our reservation. While I have generally low expectations of this brand, I do expect a secured room and not to need tolerate pet odors or allergens. I encourage you to Pass on this one for now. And I would expect Wyndham to take this facility under review.

Good hotel ~ reasonably priced & in close distance to all. I was a little leary as this hotel was on the cheaper side but it was perfect. Very clean ~ comfy bed & pillows, warm shower & nice continental breakfast. Close to my son's SUNY dorm & I will definitely stay here again. Only down thing was the walls are thin & we were next to the ”loud talking” family lol.
