Very nice Hotel

我經歷過的最糟糕的經歷。房間真的很髒。床上有蟲子，毛巾有腐爛的味道。我們甚至在毛巾上發現了類似頭皮屑的東西。在早餐室，他們表現得很忙碌，甚至在餐桌上有 4 個人，只有兩個人坐在泳池邊等待酒吧開門時，他們就在 10 點整就急著打烊。我想我的房間是個例外，因為這裡的價格相當出色。所以我不能說這是整個酒店的標準。

Sono stata una settimana ad aprile e devo dire che è stato bellissimo. Hotel pulitissimo, centrale vicino a tanti luoghi d’interesse ma allo stesso tempo nn nel caos dove la notte nn si dorme. Staff gentile dalla reception agli addetti alle pulizie. Le cucine dotate di tutti i confort ed accessori. Non portate teli da mare che li danno loro con una semplice cauzione di 5 euro che poi vi restituiranno alla consegna e li cambiano ogni giorno. Posizione ottima!!! Insomma tutto perfetto

Ok; so the hotel is basic (and a bit tired looking) & yes they do charge extra for safe keys & fans BUT it was very clean, the staff friendly & helpful for the most part and quiet. We had a room on the ground floor opposite the pool & its was peaceful even when the pool was it’s busiest. The staff in the bar were a joy to be around, genuinely kind, funny and friendly. It’s a five minute walk to a supermarket & about 15-20 minutes to the sea front. There is a bus stop outside for those looking to go a bit further. My single gripe? WIFI. ‘Free’ in reception but barely works & even paid wifi is terrible. If you are from the UK, add some data onto your phone plan ahead of time, it’ll save you the hassle of attempting to find a decent wifi connection

Just returned from a fabulous 5 night stay at this hotel. On arrival we were met by a lovely receptionist and our room was ready straight away despite us being early. The room was extremely clean and with all that we needed. The pool area is lovely, clean and the staff all very friendly. Prices really reasonable, just wish it didn’t close at 6pm. The pool is heated which was a bonus. Perfect location, not too far to the beach, bars etc. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future. Thanks to all of the staff.

One week stay on the 13th April with my husband. On arrival was greeted with a surprise upgrade from a studio to a one bedroomed apartment. Apartment was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Good pool. Reasonable price bar. A few rowdy ones around the pool hotel but the hotel dealt with matters appropriately. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the pool shutting at 6pm promptly when you are still enjoying the sun. Having said that we would return again and hope to do so next year.

My Family and I have just returned from 10 days in the Hotel Whala (formerly Marola Portisin) We all loved it. Rooms where comfortable and clean. The staff in this Hotel are great. Must give a special mention for the Bar staff Tommy ,Catalina and Lucy. Made the Holiday so memorable. We are looking forward to going back. Around a 10 minute walk to the beach. But little mini markets right on the doorstep. A much larger supermarket 5 mins away. Definitely recommend.

Just returned from a weeks holiday celebrating my friends 50th birthday. First point, this is not a party hotel, if you are looking for a relaxed, chilled out environment and friendly hotel this is your place. The majority of the balconies face onto the pool. The rooms contain all the necessities for an enjoyable self catering stay and are cleaned immaculately every day. Spotless to be fair. I had an excellent nights sleep every night and was refreshed for the daily activities be it, walking, beach, shopping, eating, drinking and partying. The pool opens at 10 and closes at 6 along with the pool bar and serves drinks and snacks. Immediately outside the hotel you have a mini market, trip booking point and a whole host of cafes, small bars and shops. This was my first trip to Tenerife and this hotel was perfect for me. Thanks to all the staff for the most enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again.Thank you. Shawn.
