We have recently spent 7 night at Pure Salt Garonda and hope this will not be our last visit. We booked a garden view room and were give. Room 521 which was on the top floor and faced the rear of the hotel - we were really pleased as these rooms have very private balconies as all other balconies at front and side are adjacent to each other. The room was very spacious and clean, super comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, robes and slippers. Breakfast was excellent - fresh juices, fruit and large continental section and also egg/omelette/pancake station cooked to order and some other cooked choices. Breakfast is served outside overlooking the beach, which was blissful in the morning. The pool is a good size and has disabled access available. The pool doesn’t open until 10 but towels were down pretty early if you wanted a sunbed that got the sun first. Please note that sun doesn’t hit the pool area until around 11.30 and probably takes to 1pm before all beds are in the sun - we tended to either go to the beach or do stuff in the morning and use the pool in the afternoon, beds weren’t always available and usual problem of towels sitting on beds all day and not getting used - hotel need to address this as guests who want to use the pool were missing out due to these practises. There is sunbeds and a splash pool in the rooftop bar - we used those a few times and preferred it as the sunbeds are actually in the water and have amazing views. We didn’t eat in the hotel at night but lots of nice restaurants nearby and we took the bus from behind the hotel Ito Palma in the evening where there are some lovely restaurants and not as busy as during the day. The only negative we had which was not the hotels fault, was a large group of women celebrating birthdays - they were extremely noisy shouting and swearing around the pool most days. We booked this hotel as it was a spa and adults only hotel which we thought would have a chilled atmosphere, this group spoiled that for most people as they were drinking and shouting at breakfast and all day at the pool but luckily were only there for the weekend. Maybe the hotel should consider restrictions around larger same sex parties… All ages and nationalities were staying at this hotel which we liked, ages ranged from elderly to those in their 20’s looking for a peaceful time. Look forward to our next stay soon.
supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a good first impression. The hotel's decor in the lobby, restaurant, and pool area was beautiful and added to the pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the beach and having a bus stop right next to it. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the ability to take a shower and store luggage after checking out. However, the luggage storage system concerned me as it was unmonitored, with no tags or ID checks required to retrieve belongings. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the shower tap was covered in limescale. Additionally, the soundproofing was poor, and my partner was frequently woken up by noise from the hallway at night. The food was quite bland, and there was little that I enjoyed. Despite not being a picky eater, I found that most dishes were excessively greasy or oily. This could be problematic for those with sensitive stomachs. The coffee at breakfast tasted like instant coffee and was not enjoyable. Despite my criticisms, I can say that considering the standard of the area, the hotel is decent, and we got what we paid for. A word of warning or delight, depending on your perspective: ”Bierkungen” is right next door, which influences the hotel's clientele. Do your research if you're traveling to Mallorca.
L'A Trattoria Pizzeria by L'Arcada(披薩)、Casa do Pulpo(海鮮)和Atenas Restaurante(西餐)也許是可以讓您找到答案的地方。酒店休閑區提供了各類設施,您可以在這裏舒緩身心壓力。外國旅客可以通過多國語言工作人員瞭解當地風土人情的相關訊息。
訪訪客Lovely boutique hotel. Super friendly staff. Food, especially breakfast was superb. Fantastic sea view from our room entirely worth paying that bit extra for. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
RRonThe breakfast was great, the staff were great, the location was great, then they charged me €88 for laundry, around 4 times what it should've been. So by all means stay there, just don't ask them to do your laundry, might as well get mugged.
Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any questions we had, they were always there to help. As far as location, this hotel is basically in Little Germany. Every single store, restaurant, and bar was in German and/or catered to Germans. If you’re looking for a local flare or spot, you will not find it here. The resort is beachfront but Playa de Arenal is SUPER crowded. When we booked our stay, we selected sea view. However, when we arrived, our room was on floor 1 and our “sea view” was blocked by the pool and cabanas. We should have had a room on the higher floors. My room had ants, which stayed in a small corner of the room. Room itself was clean, bathroom shower could have been scrubbed a bit more, and bedding was somewhat comfortable. Room also seemed outdated and could have used a refresh. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included but always ventured out to explore the island during the day and evening, so dinner was never on property. The hotel is 15 min from the airport, which is nice plus as well. For my next Mallorca adventure, I’ll be staying somewhere else that has more of the local vibe and flare.
What a lovely little find. As always you’re nervous when booking anywhere these days but the reviews seemed good and we took the chance. The hotel staff were very friendly, even as the only English guests staying there we were treated no differently. The rooms are clean and the pool is always available. Great location if you want to be just outside Palma. Food was great all in all no complaints at all.
Stayed 2 night here. The hotel attract you with a reasonable price for the location and room, but upon arrival, you are received as a noisiness. I asked for a room at a higher place, because they allocated me to a room on the first floor just in front of the stairs and elevator. This was enough to trigger the rage of the attendant that refused and rushed to serve the next guest in line, although they just arrived while I was attended. Very rude. The room was spacious enough, with a balcony to the main highway. It was old and very badly maintained, with many cracks, just like the many cracks in the stairs to the rooms. No kettle in the room, so you have to go downstairs' to the bar to buy your cup of tea or coffee for a hefty price. Breakfast and dinner where with lot a variety, but quality was sufferable. The worst part was the undrinkable coffee. The pool was nice. To the beach you have a walk some distance. Not recommended.
