糟糕的服務和荒唐的工作人員...這家酒店不存在清潔度...不錯的游泳池，但沒有安全...整晚都有噪音...噪音和睡眠不足...酒店位於第五大道，還好...但是如果你喜歡睡覺就算了...最好是兩三個街區之外的旅館...太糟糕了

Dit is een heel fijn hotel met heerlijk ontbijt om de hoek in een gezellig restaurant. De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Het zwembad is heel fijn. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn zeer schoon met heerlijke bedden,

No acostumbro a realizar comentaros negativos de los hoteles, prefiero comentárselos en persona, tampoco ser un crítico de detalles pretenciosos, pero debo ser lo mas parcial en mis comentarios para futuros viajeros. El Hotel Vista Caribe Diving Resort tiene una excelente ubicación (a 30m de la 5ta Avenida y 60m de la Playa) es limpio y con buena instalaciones (antesala con frigobar y microonda), linda pileta, en fin todo lo indispensable para ser un hotel con mucho potencial, pero tiene detalles que podrían mejorar y mucho. Caudal y presión de agua, un internet de calidad, TV por cable ( que funciones), aptitud en la recepción y que el cliente tenga acceso a un teléfono en recepción (aunque sea de pago para tener la posibilidad de comunicarse en una emergencia) cuando solicite un telefono me comunicaron que busque alguno en el centro de Playa del Carmen el de Recepción no era para los huesped . Vuelvo a repetir que es una lastima porque es un lindo hotel con un potencial muy bueno si se esmeraran y mejoraran un poco mas.

Staying there was not even close to 3 stat hotel. Bed sheets were dirty and the check in was not smooth as they required more money because I reserved online. They say in the reservation that the parking is available but it’s not and hotel doesn’t have parking area and I had to walk 10 min to the nearest public parking. The parking was 18 dollar for one night. The food of the resturant is very simple and not high quality. However, the staff were friendly and location was very good. Do not recommend!

We were 6 people, we did not get the room we booked, they also did not have enough pillows to acomodate us, they also did not have any sheets for one of the beds, for two days they ran out of towels so we had to go buy towels so we could shower. The internet never worked and neither did the cable, it was the most terrible experience I've ever had in a hotel. The staff was not helpful at all, they just said, we don't can't do anything and it was horrible. PLEASE REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FORM YOUR SITE.

When we arrived to check in we learned that the hotel gave away our room we paid for because we booked on *******. I assume someone came along with cash and because we could still theoretically cancel our stay with a refund, they gave the room to them. After communicating back and forth they said they did still have a room.. we got to our room and were horrified. This room had no windows, no working water, no blankets or bedding. There wasn't even a door knob to close the door. A massive 4 blade ceiling fan with lights was completely torn from the ceiling and hanging above one of the stained mattresses we were expected to sleep on by its wires. After travelling for 18 hours I stayed up all night guarding the door that couldn't close properly. (We were also told people often break into that room). The next day we complained to the office and demanded a different room. They did move us to a new room that was much better but we still didn't get what we paid for. I paid extra for the "quadruple room" that was supposed to have a seperate bedroom for the wife and I. Instead it was two double beds in one room. For the entirety of our stay we never did get blankets..lol. the free breakfast they offer is pancakes, fruit and juice. My wife doesn't eat pancakes and asked for an egg as a substitute. They billed us 10 Canadian dollars for 1 egg...all in all we did have a good stay once we were relocated, the staff is friendly but we probably wouldn't stay here again..
