Realmente me deje guiar por las evaluaciones previas pero para mi esta sobrevaluado el hotel. Realmente NO vale lo que cuesta. La comida es solo estandar, los restaurantes de especialidad NO son de especialidad. El programa de actividades es muy pobre Falta simpatia por parte de las personas que atienden. Ademas me salio mas cara la habitacion que el Iberostar TUCAN y resulta que son EXACTAMENTE lo mismo.

This was our second stay at this resort. I love all the wild animals roaming the grounds especially the monkeys. The food was really good and we didn't get sick at all from it. The only thing i would change or improve would be the night time shows. Other resorts have more variety of shows like Michael Jackson, etc. The property is huge so be prepared to walk alot. In my case it was good burning off all those calories from the delicious food!

False advertisement on the rooms. ******* offered free upgrade if available. Showed up it and it was available but… for $100 extra a night. Older rooms are bright yellow orange concrete and musty with flickering lights and dusty ceiling fan. Can’t open the sliders as other guests are feeding the monkeys which caused multiple to be on our balcony. No beach chairs even tho it says no reserving. Beach was full of glass and plastic and trash. They don’t have beach servers so you have to wait in line for mediocre drinks. Purchased a bucket of beer 300 pesos for convenience. Never got a mini bar filled up because they ran out of the beer.. it’s supposed to be all inclusive. Tv had an annoying message trying to connect to the phone or something.. never went away. Only two outlets in the room for charging IF you unplug lamps.. they also sounded like they were going to blow up. Bugs in the room. Also no room service. Did i mention they ran out of alcohol and didn’t offer anything else but want us to pay for the premium alcohol they have at the bar. Spent most of the time at 5th street anyway spending our money there cause why would i sit somewhere i spent $$ for all inclusive and still have to pay for things at? Very disappointing and i don’t recommend this place to anyone honestly. All inclusive IF you want to pay more than you already have… Property was beautiful though.

Agradable estancia en temporada baja. Aún así es difícil agarrar camastro a partir de las 9 am. Mis hijas estuvieron felices en el club kids, el servicio del spa y gimnasio bien. La comida está bien, acorde a lo que pagas. Volvería a ir en temporada baja.

Fue un fraude ya que al comunicarme con ellos para cancelar o postergar mi reseva por encontrarme en junio del 2022 con COVID ellos no lo aceptaron al comienzo y despues me ofrecieron que me iban a reembolsar si compraba otro paquete con las mismas condiciones pero se da el caso que no tenian ninguno igual y la comunicacion con ellos fue bastante pesima por lo que solo les quiero decir que tengan mucho cuidado cuando hagan su reserva con ellos ya que a mi me mintieron y se quedaron con mi dinero ya que nunca contestaron mis llamadas y mis correos.

The hotel is old & in desperate need of renovations. When booking we were showed newly renovated rooms but upon arrival were told that those rooms would only be available at an extra cost. The rooms we were given were falling apart, I had to call maintenance 4 separate times on a 1 week long trip to come fix things within the rooms. The hair dryers in both rooms literally caught on fire and the toilet never got properly fixed (we also weren’t offered a different room) so we had to deal with a backed up toilet all week. The drinks were well made however the quality was not good because the alcohol was clearly watered down. The food at the buffet was amazing! The food at the restaurants was okay but super difficult to actually make a reservation to visit any restaurant, we were continuously told that no reservations were available but the restaurants were all empty every night. The pools were kept clean but also cracking/missing many tiles. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Es un excelente hotel, con un servicio y atención de primera. Su comida fue maravillosa y de muy buena calidad, muchos espacios para disfrutar su naturaleza y lo mejor fue el mar; qué colores tan mágicos y espectaculares, arena pura. Sin pensarlo volvería a ese hotel.
