太陽花園集團酒店(Jardín del Sol)

Son apartamentos con terraza de dos pisos muy bonitos. Estan bien equipados. Tienen ventilador. Facil de aparcar. Esta en un recinto cerrado y la zona es muy segura. Tiene super, bares, restaurantes, alquileres de coche, moto, bici en las inmediaciones. Esta todo muy limpio y el personal es muy agradable, te ayudan en todo. Es un buen lugar para visitar toda la isla. Estuvimos muy agusto.

Hola, son mini adosados, como máximo para 4 personas, en la reserva pone 2 adultos + 1 niño, pero hablas con ellos y luego reservas y cuando llegas pagas 10€ por el niño de mas por dia, pero tienen q ser menores. Las instalaciones son buenas y la piscina esta muy bien. En cuanto a los alrededores dejan mucho q desear, la ubicación, ni bien ni mal, tienes q moverte porque esta un poco desplazado de la playa y de la zona de restaurantes. Aunque en la esquina hay un restaurante q esta muy bien y a buen precio. Los utensilios q te dejan son los justos, te dejan toallas, la nevera es pequeña, y te las cambian si estas varios dias, no hay secador, si quieres paga, igual q la sombrilla, porque según donde estes, el sol te va a fastidiar. Detrás a unos 300m hay un Mercadona y un lidl, porque el precio del super q hay debajo es carísimo. Si llevas coche de alquiler los fines de semana es un poco complicado de aparcar, pero el resto de dias no hay problema. Muy buen sitio, gente amable, y buen precio. Lugar totalmente recomendable.

Pésima atención, decirle que este hotel tiene una pésima atención al cliente solo les importa sacarte el dinero les da igual el trato humano y las circunstancias que estes pasado, les comento que mi madre falleció un viernes y el sábado entrábamos a este apartamento y cuando quise notificar la aplicación no me dejaba, me pasaron un dinero que era más de lo que costaba la noche sin posibilidad de cambiar fechas ni devolución del mismo, en una política de empresa deben tener un apartado cuando haya caso de FUERZA MAYOR COMO ES ESTE CASO!!! La muerte de mi madre no la elegí yo el irme de vacaciones si y no son capases de ayudarte a cambiar fechas a elegir otras opciones no, te cobran ese dinero y jodete porque es tu culpa sin importar lo que te haya pasado no hay empatía en este hotel!! No lo recomiendo para nada si son así con estas cosas no quiero imaginar con lo demás.

Hôtel prison extrêmement rares au Canaries INTERDICTION FORMELLE d'inviter des amis dans l'appartement pour boire l'apéritif. Chambre en duplex donc chaleur extrême dans la chambre le ventilateur coute 30€ ( ventilateur bas de gamme qui ne souffle pas ) parasol payant, je vous déconseille de louer ici personne désagréable

We arrived around 10pm on the 20th may and the hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They was even joking around and being friendly and playful with our young sons. The rooms are very amply equipped and big enough. They are very clean and comfortable and nice to have the option of making food in your own time and room “a home from home”. We ventured down to the jardin del sol restaurant after we checked in just to get a quick bite to eat and again we was very impressed with the food, the staff and the general experience of the restaurant. Our first morning myself and our eldest went for a little walk around the grounds and to the nearby shops and at 06:30 it was very quiet and felt very safe and even at this time of the day the staff already cleaning and keeping the place tidy. The pool area is very clean and safe for young ones. The life guards are very friendly and very attentive. The little pool bar and snack bar staff very happy and friendly and it’s a nice touch to have to option to have a drink and some snacks near the pool. To sum it up this was a very lovely holiday and a very pleasant place to stay.

Lovely stay met amazing people and amazing staff lovely young girl who is so welcoming. I’ve stayed here a lot and found out it’s closing to build a 4* hotel whole site is going most people here said they won’t be back now the new owners are demolishing it. 4* boring hotel like the rest, real shame they should just update the apartments. I’ll be honest it’s amazing stay good location amazing staff nice pool . It was a home away from home will be a shame to see it go.

Wow this was my first solo trip abroad and I hit the jackpot. Lovely resort, clean and tidy all staff very friendly and helpful. Never an issue with sunbeds round the pool although if you want to catch some rays you have a nice terrace area that you can use, furniture provided. Would be looking to book for next year but they are going to be closed for a refurbishment. First time in Gran Canaria and wont be the last.

Will be going again. Amenities great, central pool, one for adults. Food next door, great choice and price. Accommodation the best. We never go back to anywhere as there are so many places to try, grand canaria we have visited 4 times, love it , but this accommodation we will return to

Great location. I have stayed twice and already booked for next February and next October. Rooms are ok and not as bad as some of the previous reviews. Pool bar is very friendly and well priced, the staff are very friendly too. Great supermarket next door which is well stocked. In my opinion it’s a great place to stay and value for money. Safe is free, shower gel is provided, washing up liquid is provided, a bottle of water in fridge upon arrival, even a couple of tea and coffee sachets for the late arrivals.
