Nette kleines Appartementhotel.

Déçus.....c'est notre 3eme séjour dans cet apart-hotel et nous sommes déçus. Le prix a beaucoup augmenté, la qualité a baissé. Aucun accueil. Nous n'avons pas été informés au préalable des travaux autour de la piscine. L'appartement est moins bien entretenu que précédemment. Le rideau de la chambre n'est pas du tout occultant. Il n'y a plus de réception, impossible de parler de ces désagréments avec un membre du personnel de direction. Bref, nous choisirons un autre établissement pour notre prochain séjour à Maspalomas.

Una atención excelente por parte del personal, tanto Hayro como Raul, y al teléfono Manuel. Con una fantástica ubicación he pasado unos días muy agradable, y el desayuno mañanero una gran idea. Limpieza y confort a destacar. Gracias. Volveré

Bien situé, un petit déjeuner offert chaque jour. Transats en suffisance pour tout le monde, propre et surtout au calme mais pas trop loin du Yumbo. Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Petit point à améliorer : la piscine n’était pas chauffée tous les jours. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

This was our first time staying here and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartments are exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and picturesque. I usually have a big problem with noise when trying to sleep but I had zero problems here. The other guests were friendly and conscientious, the staff were amazing, and the location is perfect (5 min walk to the beach, 10 to Yumbo centre). We will be back ❤️

We had a great week here. The staff were very friendly. The apartment spotlessly clean. Breakfast delivered daily. And cleaned daily. Welcoming bottle of bubbly was a great touch. The pool is nice. Could maybe do with a hot tub. Coming out from my room straight to the pool is glorious.

Cucina poco attrezzata per poter cucinare spesso. Resort carina ma piccola. Personale efficiente, gentile, discreto. Struttura pulita, silenziosa, abbastanza vicina ai luoghi di interesse (spiaggia, locali, shopping). Come sempre, tutto dipende da ciò che si cerca. Io avrei preferito più “movimento” ma la struttura conta solo 15 appartamentini. Ideale per le coppie discrete.

Pretty much perfect. Lovely, air-conditioned apartment. Complimentary bottle of wine. A "breakfast bag" of bits and pieces left hanging on the door every morning (I didn't use much of it, so I hope someone was able to use all the fruit I left behind!). Attentive staff from the moment I arrived. I had a small issue with a leaking sink, and it was dealt with quickly, without fuss. Highly recommended - I'll definitely be visiting agan.

Great place to stay. Quiet complex, great pool area, complimentary breakfast daily and so close to Yumbo and Beach.
