Generally a good deal, but rooms and hotel are starting to show wear and tear

This property had exactly what we need. Easy access to Lafayette, good breakfast, easy parking, large and well-furnished suite. We will return!

Very nice stay, great location to our family & easy access for our travels. Plus, very very clean accommodations.

Although the room was clean, there was dirty laundry in the bin. There were not enough towels(we reserved for 3). After cleaning, the rubber mat disappeared and the shampoo and conditioner was not replaced

I had left my review regarding the additional night that we stayed here when we decided to stay an extra night because of wanting to still keep spending time with my daughter & her family. This location was nearby their home which made it so convenient to get to as much quality time with them. Would stay here in a heartbeat for our future visits.

What makes this place great is that we were able to get a room towards the back side, away from the main drag. It was quiet & very comfortable. The kitchenette is a convenient asset. When preparing & cutting vegetables & fruit. There was only one thing which annoyed me. Whenever I would get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, the kitchen entry light would turn on. After our first night, I pulled out my emergency band-aids & used it to cover the red blinking sensor light. It’s probably human inadequacies, but I could’ve figure how to keep it turned off through the night, so not to wake my husband from his sleep. Everything else was perfect for us. Thank you!

We had a noisy neighbor and zero to no response from the night manager. More than likely will not stay in a Hyatt again. This was a business trip and my colleagues and I did not get much sleep.

It's the first time I've stayed here and I was favorably impressed. Prices tend to be fairly high in this area and Hyatt was slightly higher than I usually pay but it was worth it. Parking was easy (and NOT valet) and the property was new and clean. My room was well appointed and had a convection oven, as well as microwave. I would happily stay here again.

Really nice and clean and really quiet. Couldn't hear our neighbors or car traffic. Easy access to the highway and close to shopping and food. One tiny thing that was bothersome is that the refrigerator was so loud, it sound like a dishwasher running all the time. doubt they can do anything about it. but otherwise super nice property. Enjoyed the pool, laundry and they even had a fire pit
