Everything about my stay was great. However, I did have a problem at night. In my hotel Room #104, throughout the night, the air conditioning system kept turning on and off making a loud noise every five minutes or so. I could not sleep at all that night. I only stood one night so I just dealt with it and had to leave the next day. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Great customer service and friendly staff! Our AC made a loud noise on day 2 and they immediately moved us to another room. Breakfast and outdoor area was great too! Would stay there again!

The immaculate property offers several amenities including a pool, exercise room, and outside seating with a firepit. The check-in attendant was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety. Sorry for the two complaints below. We'll stay again! The downside was that there was a kids' hockey team staying there and the kids ran through the halls on multiple floors until midnight. We let the front desk know in the morning. There was an odd thing for a new hotel. The ice maker was across the hall and down a bit from our room, but the sound of someone getting ice at 6am was quite loud in our room.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the staff were on board to provide an excellent breakfast Christmas morning. Our room was great for our 15 month old who loved looking at the other child in the mirror and making faces. This hotel was an excellent choice to be in the Plymouth area on Christmas with family.

The staff was very pleasant buy our room was not ready for 4pm check-in. We had to sit in the lobby for nearly an hour. The room was beautiful but the bed was hard and uncomfortablr. We had booked this hotel specifically because we anticipated a comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. Unfortunately, we awoke with sore backs. So much about this hotel was top notch but we will not return because of the beds.

Amazing time… pool was a lil cold but still fun… comfy rooms… good food… location is perfect to visit PSU.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to stores and places to eat. The staff is very friendly check in was quick and efficient. We did not notice until the next morning there was some mold on the shower curtain liner and the shampoo and body wash were completely empty.front desk staff was very apologetic when we informed them.

Hotel was very clean and well staffed. Staff was courteous and polite. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
