明尼阿波利斯-普利茅斯希爾頓惠庭套房酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Plymouth Minneapolis)

Walls/Doors between lockout Suites are super thin. Heard the neighbors in Suite 419 all night long. Complained to the front desk 4 or 5 times via phone calls. Finally at 3:45 A.M. went down to front desk to complain. Front desk person went to room and asked them to quiet down. It was the Saturday/Sunday night from hell. Never again will we stay at at a Home2 Suites.

Great hotel. WOW what a room. Very large, clean, no smell and a full kitchen. Price very reasonable. Stay here if you are staying more than a few days. I only stayed one night next time it will be longer.

We booked a king, were sent to a queen. Requested and were given the keys to a king bed room. We were impressed with the room. Although the bathroom was small. We were exhaustedand were asleep by 10. At 1 we heard someone fooling around with our door. Surprisingly the door opened, slamming into the door stop. Thank goodness it was out. The person closed the door and left. I called down a bit later. The desk clerk and asked if she gave someone a key for our room. She asked who i was. I explained about the room switch. She said that room wasn't assigned to us. That it was for the other person, and they gave them a differant room. After all that i was unable to fall back asleep until about 4. That morning we ran into the maid, she said that no one was assigned to that room. We told her what happened. After breakfast upon arriving back at our room, the keys wouldn't work. The maid thought they had been deactivated. We were on the 5th floor. When getting to the elevator, the button didn't work. I had to walk down to the 4th floor to get elevator to send up to 5th. When checking out, the desk clerk had heard about what happened. She said that we were reassigned to a room floors down. Not the one we were given keys for. The clerk sid she was leaving our name and number for the manager. We never got a call.

Comfortable room with nice amenities. Friendly staff. The silverware in the room was dirty so had to wash the one knife we used before using it ourselves. Otherwise we really liked the room. Some breakfast items like the mcmuffins and cereal weren't very fresh and the milk wasn't cold enough. The waffles were great though. Overall a nice place. Our second stay and on our list of decent and affordable hotels in the area.

My wife and myself drove down from Fargo for the weekend , for a family Birthday day party . The check in person was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again the room quiet and clean.

Asked for accessible room, got one with standard height toilet. Don't understand why hotels don't put in ADA or comfort height toilets in all rooms anymore. AT 6'3" and bad knee, miserable trying to sit down.Bed was hard as a rock. Rest was good.

The beds are quite soft. The shower needed to be re-caulked. The TV didn't work; front desk reception instructed me to push the red button on the back-side of it. Continued to have issues with it. Not helpful at all. Upon check-out, told the front desk that it should be replaced. Again, unhelpful. Breakfast eggs and egg sandwiches dried out by 6:30am. Oa**eal was good. Coffee gone.
