Brilliant stay staff were very welcoming and the front desk were really helpful with anything I needed the hotel was nice and clean spotless and the food and drinks were good would definitely stay here again recommend it to anyone who is staying around this area

We stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately had animal bites however the receptionist and team were understanding tried to give us another room however still recieved bites, bed sheets were stained also

Had to make a quick stop of here due to work commitments. Had a very good sleep during the DAY. The beds are lovely a comfy with bright fresh sheets. The fact that you have decent curtains made a real difference. Minimal noise didn't get disturbed once. Got the rest I needed before my night shift would happily stay again.

Basic, comfortable and reasonably clean, very minimal family room, small TV, air fan in bathroom not working, tea and coffee supplied, beds comfortable and fresh crisp white bedding, cheap little budget night away, don't expect high class accommodation, you get what you pay for.

Very clean room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in plymouth. The bed I had was really comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep. I really can't overstate how comfy the bed was.

Purfect position for touring Dartmoor, Travel Lodge easy to find, park and ride opposite and a good Toby Carvery right next door, staff friendly and helpful, i didnt find the road traffic noisy, i had a lovely few days stay.

Was a little worried after reading a couple of reviews but everything worked fine, the staff were very lovely and the carvery was excellent. The room was extremely clean and suited what we needed. The only thing that let it down was the noise from the road but I know that can’t be helped

I had to stay here for a few months In between homes. Some amazing staff members Kieran , Luke , Liz and Wendy . All of them including the night staff were helpful and welcoming. The only thing that really let the place down was the manager Stacey. She was rude , unwelcoming but thankfully hardly ever there. The beds were very comfy though and the cleaners were very helpful too.

Key card system did not work and TV remote was missing. Toilet seat was loose but apart from that all was good. Staff were brilliant though. Pub next door was good and friendly staff. Why on earth do I have to write 200 characters. I don't have anymore to say.
