ARC酒店(The ARC Hotel)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à cet hôtel tout était très bien en ce qui nous concerne. Et on a bien aimé le déjeuner. Le jeune homme à la réception était très sympathique.

Pool was very cold and only 3 towels provided in pool area. Hot tub not working. Fiberglass insulation in the hallway by the pool and in the laundry room. washer not working Had to ring bell to find desk clerk. 3 times.

The property was average for cleanliness and service. The physical condition of the property was below average. The curtains and blinds in the room were falling apart at the seams. The windows on the property were in poor shape, with condensation between the panes.

The Person at the front desk was very dry nice and helpful but the sink in the bathroom leaked and had the floor soaked.

Well I paid for the room on ******* and the whole reason I wanted the room was to use the hot tub. I have severe arthritis in my neck & when it flares up, it gives me migraines. So the hot tub helps. Only thing when I checked in they told me the Hot tub was closed,. Im very unhappy with this and think I should get a refund ..

Check in was a breeze. Clerk was informative and very pleasant. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was decent. There was some sort of red stain on the floor. Had a room on the first floor and my goodness it was loud and extremely busy in the hallway all night long. I heard the neighbor cough and flush their toilet. Aside from that, the bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The springs was almost violating. I send my guys here for work all the time and I only stayed one night but I won’t be back. The guys had great reviews of this facility so they’ll be back though. Oh water pressure was awesome.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was central to everything we needed.

Will be staying here again. I come for work every other month, and this is where I’ll stay every time.
