Hotel tre bien placé grand chambre gran sale de bain très propre Bon restaurant avec très bon vins personnel très sympathique serviable sérieux e très comunque Hotel 100 mètres de lac e en cantre ville Calme tranquille et pas de bruit Espace entérinée très bien et très grand possède de parking gratuit mes pasible de garage en face parking paya Je pars trois énervé passé que il mon demander de péyé en avance me non en chek-auto comme d’abitudine je rester en total 12 jours en Albanai cette première hôtel qui me demande de péyé en avance si nous tous les hôtel je payer derrière jouer avec tout qui je consumes dîne super etj

We had a very nice dinner and very good service from Arbri! We tried the pizza which was excellent, he gave us a very nice local wine and we enjoyed it, we also visited the cellar which was excellent ,nice relaxing music we had a great time!

Super Lage in der Fußgängerzone, wenige Meter vom See. Wahnsinnig stylish eingerichtet wie ein Boutique-Hotel. Sehr neu und gepflegt. Tolles Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Waren die zwei Tage dort sehr gut versorgt.

Siamo passati qui per caso, attratti dai bellissimi semifreddi e...siamo tornati per le sere successive, semplicemente meravigliosi! Abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare alcune specialità del ristorante, il risotto con i gamberi e koran alla griglia veramente eccezionali! Personale sorridente, gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Wir waren für 1 Woche in diesem Hotel & kommen immer noch nicht aus dem Staunen Heraus Angefangen mit unserem Empfang , der mehr als herzlich & freundlich war. Die Sauberkeit und Perfektion im Detail haben uns vom Hocker gehauen, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr modern. Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr großzügig und vielfältig und wird nicht als buffet angeboten sondern direkt an denn Tisch gebracht TOP Das Ambiente und die Vielfalt an der Bar ist perfekt. Ich persönlich kann ihnen abgesehen von dem PERFEKTEN Essen auch die Super Cocktails empfehlen . Die kleine Stadt Pogradec hat einen wunderschönen See, der gerade mal 2min vom Hotel entfernt ist. Fragt man die Hotel Besitzer , was man alles in der Stadt und Umgebung machen kann, so bekommt man direkt die besten Punkte , die ihr euch angucken könnt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und uns noch mal diesen Luxus gönnen. PS: Ich habe viele Hotels auf dieser Welt gesehen aber keins hat für mich so geglänzt wie dieses In jeder Hinsicht volle Punktzahl. Kleine Bemerkung am Rande : Das erste Hotel bei uns, wo es in dem Zimmer einen Bademantel gibt. Wir wünschen den Besitzern alles gute und bleibt so wie ihr seid. DANKE (Faleminderit)

In my life I have had the opportunity to travel a lot for business and private purposes. If you want to waste your money and feel robed please don't hesitate to chose this hotel. The style of doing business is so strange. The owners give the feeling that they want to make their yearly income in one day by offering the worse quality of their service. The room is fancy decorated but extremely dark. We needed to use the mobile flash to find our things in the luggage. Eventhough they were waiting for guests to arrive, the room was cold considering the hotel being a 5 star and this gives you a feeling of not being welcomed. To buy an extra bottle of watter the price goes 650 lek (6.5 Euro). This hotel does not provide any information about their extra prices for basic things like water. Knowing the good kitchen of Albania, the quality of food they offer is very poor. The main dish was supposed to be lamb meat and it was only 2 ribs with a fascia covering them. Breakfast was far from the quality of a 2 star hotel. The offered coffee in a kettle was cold and of a bad taste. The butter from the colour and the taste gives you the feeling that it had expired years ago. We read the positive comments on the booking site and now I am not sure if we have stayed at the same hotel. It looks like the number of stars in a hotel means nothing in Albania. Food and service do not match 5 stars at all. Now that I am writing my review I happened to read the arrogant answer from the management of the hotel directed to clients that have written negative reviews. This is an indication that clients are not important but only their money is. The management of this hotel needs urgently a traing in basics of communication and custom services.
