A awesome place to stay Location is the best. Beautiful beach The pools & hot tub are Ted best Definitely would go back !

A very nice place to stay once you swallow the price. The resort was very clean. People friendly and they are very flexible. Check out was at 10am but they accommodate holding luggage and provide a hospitality room for 30 minutes to clean up after that. They allowed us to use the resort facilities all day after check out. That was very special.

Это было третье размещение в Шератоне за 10 дней. Комфорт по хорошей цене. Вилла- это маленькая квартира, где есть всё для проживания, даже стиральна машина и сушилка белья! Моя комната была 3201, прям возле парковки , даже немного видно океан. Очень чисто. Персонал аомогал хорошо. Очень понравилось, что зажигали костры и факелы по вечерам.

We loved our stay at this resort. Our room had every amenity you could need, from a full kitchen, ice-maker, blender, washer/dryer, to a separate bedroom. It was so much more than we were expecting. We could have happily had a long-term stay there. It was updated and felt very modern and clean. Although we were across the street from the ocean and didn't have a water view, our side of the resort was very peaceful too and nicely landscaped. We were barely ever in our room and it was a quick walk to the beautiful beach, main pool, and restaurants, and the self park was very convenient. The location of the oceanfront was perfect for sunsets, loved all the firepits, walking paths and lawn. It was nice to have Lava's, RumFire and the coffee shop on-site as well. We would definitely choose this property again.

Guys--No Shuttle to and from Airport yet you pay $1300.00 for 3 nights. Only thing we had issue is that it was at the other end of the town where Rental Cars were not available, UBER service was not reliable or dishonest, very expensive to just sleep and eat at Rum Fire.

It was only fine. It really bothered me that I could not get a late check out when I was paying close to $500 a night to stay there and that the part I was staying in was different from the other side, “hotel” vs “vacation rentals”. I had no idea there was a difference since I rented the place last minute on **********. Plus, the maid service was pretty crappy all in all. The coffee wasn’t replaced as were the shampoo, etc. that was weird especially since I left them a tip each day. Plus ********** changed the price in me in the middle of the transaction costing me an extra $200.

You must pay extra for everything. Snorkeling gear costs $15 per person per day. Meals, even breakfast, are charged separately. The garden, although beautiful, has litter in it. Lines are a bit long for the poor variety of restaurants. No lei welcome or goodbye. The maid came to make up the room, but didn't change a dirty sheet and didn't take a wet towel. I was expecting more from $620 per night excluding tax.

Stayed one night, checked in at 7pm, was sad to find out there was a strict check out time of 10 am, no late check out EVER. Plane left at 4 so we could get a 30 minute shower room time after the beach, and I was grateful for that. The room was right in front of the barbecue patio, much too my surprise this was a vacation club/timeshare so the upper floors were not available to those non-members who book as a hotel. The smell and noise of cooking and talking was seriously unpleasant. For 460$ a night, I expected more.
