Very quiet and clean place with beautiful Himalayan view from apartment. Cafes/restaurents/shopping center a minute away. Just 8m walking distance from Fewa lake . I have stayed 2 months and it was excellent experience. Host surrenders is very helpful with excellent communication skill . Highly recommend Pokhara apartments inn

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life.. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate looking for apartment. Very peaceful and clean environment. This is my third time stay in this apartment and every time I feel like home . Highly recommend for long and short term stay . Good location just few minutes walk to lake ,cafes, restaurants,bar and shopping centre . 24/7 high speed internet and light with power back up system. Security guard and front seat 24/7 5 stars is not enough for this place

Great host, location and very clean, luxury apartment The location was amazing! Loved the little balcony with thet Himalayan view Views are lovely from top floor and it’s has a great central location close to everything. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated

My family have lived here for one month. We booked 2 apartments. It was 500 euro and 330 USD each. We had very difficult time here during unpredictable construction site working. The rooms are over charged compare so many another nice apartments which are in a much lower price. The only thing is these nice apartments are not advertising them on airbnb. So if you need a nice apartment, you might need to walk around or check on google map. Or check on Pokhara Facebook group. We really felt should not book 30 days here if we knew then. The rooms here are very simple, some kitchen set are either broken ( Rice cooker) or very old. The floor is very cheap plastic floor. Bed sheets have holes. Communication with owner Surendra, is difficult. When things need to re-discuss, he seems like to blaming others first , would rather not take any responsibility. For instance, when I first time came to pay and negotiate the deposit, he never mentioned there is a construction working going on, later he blamed me that I should ask him. Because I didn’t ask, he assume I was fine with it. There is no sound and noise when I visit, how should I know there is a construction work going on? Why didn’t he honestly talked about this with me instead of waiting for me observing? I don’t know his house situation at all, we were discussing money for 5 mins, then I left. It’s like you go to a shop buy a chair, but when you go home and you realized that the chair is broken, because you didn’t see it, you went back to the shop, the staff said : yes because you didn’t see it, so it’s all your fault then. I would not recommend people come to live here, it’s so expensive, and the situation of house is just normal level compare the whole Pokhara houses, plus so many other drama, unclear information. And , there are many nice reviews on google map and airbnb about this place, because the owner actually messaged us to write nice review for him, don’t publish anything bad, only message him privately. So maybe this is why he got so many nice reviews. My intention of my message here is for letting people knows you have more options to choose, after your research around Pokhara, you can make your decision. Don’t rush it just because of the reviews. Also hope Surendra sincerely learn how to be honest to your clients at the first place. I wish your business going really well after you improved everything I have mentioned. We are not interested to against you and your business. But the money we paid you , is not worthy for 30 days poor experience. If you stand on our point , you will understand it. Thank you

A comfortable stay at Pokhara Apartments In. Surendra was super helpful throughout the entire process, going out of his way to help us with everything. The room is well-thought out, with extremely good lighting system, and a great view from the balcony. The room itself is equipped with all sorts of kitchen equipments, bathroom accessories. Laundry and cleaning services are available. Overall, loved the whole stay here and highly recommend it!

We stayed at this studio apartment hotel for three days and ended up extending our stay for a month! It was truly a home away from home. The apartments were cozy and had everything we needed to cook our own meals, including a fully equipped kitchen. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to helping us with directions. The water was really hot and pressure was great, and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days. The location was also perfect, close to a gym, shops, a grocery store, and several cafes. There was also housekeeping, water delivery, and laundry service available for an additional fee upon request. We cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of spending six incredible months at Pokhara Apartments Inn and it was hands down the BEST experience I've had in Pokhara. I come to Pokhara almost on a yearly basis and stay for months, this year I decided to stay here, and NO regrets, this apartment checked all my boxes and more. First things first, the location is very close to lakeside but it's situated in a more residential area, so it's a lot calmer. Everything I needed was just a short walk away, which made everything from groceries to travel super convenient. The view of Annapurna II and Manaslu from the window is stunning on a clear day, and there is even a staircase right behind the apartment with access to many trails. As a Freelancer, I work from home, and so, a good working station was a non-negotiable for me. Thankfully, I never once faced any issue working from this flat, the desk setup and wi-fi speed was top-notch, and the wi-fi even had back-up for when the power went off, which made work super smooth. My partner had to leave Nepal for a few months and as a solo woman staying alone, I NEVER had to worry about my security as the building was equipped with cameras everywhere. Surendra and his staff were available almost all the time and very responsive. If we needed anything or if something in the apartment needed fixing he sent someone almost immediately to get it done and was very very welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. Given that I visit Pokhara frequently, I plan to return to this apartment every time because it literally has everything I need for a good stay and I doubt I can find better. If you are looking for a place that checks all your boxes in Pokhara, DO NOT hesitate and book it right away, promise you will not regret it. Awesome experience. Surender is a good host. The property is clean and very well maintained. There are shops close by. They provide laundry. The kitchen has required utensils if you want to cook and make light food. The view from terraces is also good. You should not miss the sunrise and sunset.

Practical room and clean space with friendly environment. We were here for 5 night and was very enjoyable . Thank you team for making our stay joyful. Very close to lakeside and amenities . Also we were provided with parking g space which is hard to get around this part of town. So thank you again

Nice place to live in ...the studio appartment was good ...homely nature...we will come again..lively place to live in..we couple enjoyed the place ..there was everything..nice bathroom, nice kitchen , cleanliness was top notch...hope to come again..
