文化度假村(The Culture Resort)

This is to any one planning to pay a visit to this resort , PLEASE DO NOT . I have stayed at this resort multiple times and the only reason i keep going back is the convenience for parking unlike any other options in this neighbourhood . I have always been satisfied with my stay here although the service, amenities and food is not that impressive but somehow justifies the cost . My recent visit where we stayed for three nights is what changed my mind . Firstly , we had booked our stay without breakfast . We later changed our mind and checked with the staff if it was too late to change our reservation to the one that did include the breakfast . The staff gave us an impression that it was possible and we went ahead with it . Only to find out that , the room rate never changed and all this while we were charged out of the standard alacarte menu which is pricier . Had the staff not wrongly informed and misled us , we would have never opted to do so . However , we only got to know this at the time of checkout . We wanted to checkout by 6am but the front desk was unattended so we had to wait another 30 mins just for someone to come and man the counter . After a long wait , a 14 , 15 ish year old boy named Sujit chettri comes and attends us . He looked highly unprofessional and clearly not ready for the role . Basically , he is clueless , he doesnt get your question and would not know how to respond either cause he is a child . I am unsure why the hotel even allowed him to be there in the first place . After explaining our side of the story , he continues to play with his system without giving us any information and keeps insisting that we pay whatever is on the bill as it can not be amended . It was not a big amount anyways so ended up paying whatever was demanded and left the scene as we were already very upset about the wait . Once we left the place , i realised i had forgotten some of my belongings in the room . I immediately gave them a call and gave them proper description of my items and where i had left it . Its a brand new hair dryer and a hair straightner that i had used and kept in the cupboard . The staff on the phone kept insisting that nothing of that sort was recovered from that room . We then told them that upon our stay , the housekeeping was constantly visiting our room and were cleaning when we are not present so i even asked the staff to check with the housekeeping team if they had unintentionally misplaced the items . The staff over the phone told me that all the Housekeeping staffs have left and could only give me an answer by tomorrow when they return . I patiently waited till this morning , gave them a call to get an update but the response was negative yet again . He says no such item was found or handed over to the reception and i could hear a lot of background noise agressively asking the staff to tell the same . I am 100% sure that i left the items there .Thats where i last saw it . I have never been skeptical about leaving

One of the best place you will find in Sedi-18, Pame Road, Pokhara. About 10km away from lakeside, hallanchowk which will give you a nice peaceful experience and an exotic greenery ambience. Well mannered staffs with great hospitality. The view from the property is breathtaking. One of the best things is drinking beer in open garden bar with light background music hits differently inside resort. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very cozy and clean rooms with a great view of the Annapurna mountain ranges. The food is top notch along with a great service. Highly recommended :) very friendly staff and service. Walk-in distance to the lake and lot of shopping opportunities nearby. Stroll along the lake side is beautiful ❤️

Our honeymoon turned out absolutely amazing. The Culture Resort is in peaceful location just 2km away from hallanchowk. Everything， from the planning to the Resort, was perfect! We were super happy with our trip, our room and the people working there. Overall we had an romantic and faboulous experience ♡

It felt like a private home, very clean and greenery. The scenery of the resort is fascinating and so traditional looks. The staffs were always willing to help with best services. Food and cocktail from The Garden Bar is very tasty 😋. The perfect place to enjoy with your friends and family. Highly recommend resort inside Pokhara Valley.

Love the whole experience of staying with culture resort.Great service and hospitality mesmerised view from the room. Enjoying swimming and having good food with special drinks is awesome. Had a great time looking forward to coming back again.

Recently We have visited Nepal from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and we stayed in this hotel ( Room 407).The hotel was wonderful with amazing lake and mountain view . It was even better than expected. The price was reasonable, Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room .. There were great restaurants within walking distance. All staffs were so much helpful, Would definitely stay there again. Thank you everyone for your great hospitality 😊

We were greeted warmly when we had arrive and were served delicious lassi too.Our rooms were neat and tidy and we were provided with all the things we would have expected. The food was absolutely delicious and worth the wait.The food was extremely cheap for the price and we were served whatever we needed.We could also do horse riding The staff were always kind and friendly and ready to help us. I highly recommend it for traveling with friends and family or solo.
