地平線酒店(Hotel Horizont)

Dans le restaurant de l’hôtel, pour vous obliger à consommer de l’eau en bouteille, il y a nulle part de l’eau en carafe de disponible et ils refusent de vous en servir. J’ai osé servir un verre d’eau d’une bouteille provenant de mon sac, un employé très désagréable nous a humilié devant tout le monde, il a hurlé et nous a très mal parlé. Je me sens en insécurité pour terminer mon séjour.

Ich beziehe mich auf meine Bewertung vom Juni 2017, viel hat sich hier nicht geändert - aber ein zweite Chance sollte das Horizont bekommen... das war es dann aber auch. Die Begrüßung wie schon vor 4 Jahren äußerst reserviert, an der Rezeption spricht man kroatisch und wenig englisch, entsprechend fallen Erklärungen und Hinweise aus und man sucht sich wieder alles zusammen. Unser Zimmer 337 war mit gerade mal so seitl. Meerblick mit kleinem Balkon, von der Lage so, dass kaum ein Lüftchen sich hierher verirrte - im Sommer eine Katastrophe, denn es war immer nur heiß im Raum - das schaffte auch die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich runter zu kühlen. Die Zimmer sauber, mittlerweile gibt es ein Flatscreen, ansonsten alles beim alten - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Abends immer sehr laute Geräuschkulisse von der Strandbar/-disco, die zum Hotel gehört. Das Restaurant immer noch wie gehabt, Kantine halt. Das Frühstück hat sich verbessert, das Abendessen war an 4 von 7 Tagen okay, an den anderen ungewürzt. Die Kombination der Speisen war uns immer ein Rätsel. Es gelang einem selten sich ein Tellergericht am Buffet zusammen zu stellen. Atmosphäre am Buffet rummelig, hektisch, laut, Kindergeschrei... - der siffige Handstaubsauger liegt immer noch am Brottisch, auch abends wenn dort Antipasti serviert werden. Das Servicepersonal zum Teil TOP, z.B. Ante und Marijana sehr professionell im Service. Aber es gab auch zwei offens. Schulmädchen im Aushilfsjob, das ging gar nicht. Hervorzuheben ist das Reinigungspersonal: herzlich, freundlich, kommunikativ! Die Zimmerreinigung ist einzigartig gut, es wird jeden Tag gesaugt, der Balkon gewischt usw. - unsere Reinigungsdame war hervorragend. Es gibt kein umgesetztes Hygienekonzept!!! Alle tragen ihre Masken unter dem Kinn oder unter der Nase oder auch gar nicht. Desinfektionsmittel ist aufgestellt, aber meistens leer. Keiner achtet auf Maskenpflicht in öffentlichen Bereichen - es ist allen sichtbar egal! Abstand ist ein Fremdwort! Fazit: Lage ist toll, alles ist immer schön sauber (zumindest die Zimmer und die öffentlichen Bereiche), Einrichtung ist renovierungsbedürftig, Empfang braucht dringend eine Motivationsschulung! (auch der Rezeptionist der bei Abreise am frühen Morgen schlief und wir fünf Minuten brauchten, ihn wach zu bekommen für den Checkout...) Das war das letzte Mal Horizont!

Bad hotel food very very poor. Rooms poor condition stains on bedding. Food served cold. A smile from staff would help they have this hotel rated as a four star how I do not know. Baska Voda is ok to stay just don't book this hotel.

What an absolute shame for this Hotel, nice food, nice location, sadly the rooms are awful - dated, crowded and actually not very clean. Hotel needs to refurbish the rooms and the bathrooms- you had to step over a really high bath to get in the shower so not good for older less able please. Would not recommend or travel here again.

We spent 10days in this Hotel with TUI as the package tour operator, in name only sadly! Incredibly disappointed with TUI but I suppose I was thinking back to the Thomson’s days!! We arrived with no TUI rep at the airport, after a £200 premium for our luggage and seats on plane, as actually an EasyJet flight, there where only 2 of us then transported to the Hotel with no TUI welcome!. On arrival some issues with room but the COO Ante Tomas could not have been more accommodating, thank you so much for your efforts!! Sadly as an overall assessment, the Hotel is really quite dated, and requires some updating but more importantly the food, particularly at dinner is incredibly disappointing for a 4 star hotel in this day and age! Maybe it’s actually more suited to our German and Eastern European friends! It will be Jet2 for us next time!! Goodbye

Probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The room we booked was not the one given. Despite making a complaint, told that nothing else available. They also own a bar that plays very loud dance music until midnight and you simply cannot escape the noise if you are in your room. Not a chance of any sleep should you retire before midnight. No entertainment in the hotel and no other English couples staying there. Worst part however was the food in the buffet restaurant. The evening dinner was the same most evenings. Truly awful, with little choice. Everything was bland tasting, stale, and sour. The salads were really sour and the fish and meats were stewed and standing around for ages, in a very warm restaurant without air conditioning. Staff hardly speak English. Not three restaurants either, as described. There are other restaurants outside the hotel, but these you pay for at a high additional charge. I simply cannot recommend this hotel in any way and was glad to return home.

Fantastic experience. The hotel is very fancy, although showing a little bit of age. One important point I need to make is that we searched online for accommodation in Split and this venue came up on several sites, however, it is nowhere near Split, being about 50km away and at least a 40-minute drive. Buffet breakfast and dinner offer all the options you could wish for, but won't win any Michelin stars. There is a substantial spa, gym and many swimming options. All could do with better maintenance but are still perfectly acceptable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and their service is impeccable. They go out of their way to assist guests.

Position is good, food is good and various,rooms definitely not 4* , maybe 3*, spa&wellness disappointing. Many sauna rooms not working, outside pool closed. Saunas are opening late (13:00) so no use of late check out.

The location is perfect and the breakfast is good, standard type of buffet. The pool area have some things to work on, at least 40% of the parasol is broken or doesnt exist, so many chairs are whitout it. The pool bar has hardly any ice creams or drinks. Many times there is no staff there. Empty ”desinfections ” bottles around the hotell.
