We were in the back annex hotel. We enjoyed the spacious room. I liked how it was set up with all of the open cabinetry. It was nice to have a full refrigerator, microwave and even a hot plate. We will use this hotel again.

The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom had cracks. The shower head was at eye level and I'm not tall. I was charged twice - once by ******* and again by Bearcat Inn. It appears they are in the process of remodeling but not complete yet.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Seems like home. I loss my wallet while staying there and someone turned it in. There was nothing missing. I tried to give them a reward and they refused to take it. Good people.

The staff was excellent. My room or my suite was very clean. It was taken care of every day the breakfast was fair. But I will be staying there anytime. I’m in Maryville.

Nice and clean locally owned hotel. They were doing some remodels, some were done and looked great. Some were still in progress. Overall a very nice place.

Nice lobby, very helpful staff checking in. We had two rooms. Both were nice (one was recently remodeled). Brand new breakfast area! Wow! Lots of seating, great selection of food. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all my NW friends.

All of the employees were very kind and helpful. Although I couldn’t get sleep due to the very uncomfortable bed. You could feel the springs through the mattress. They provided breakfast and have a large selection. The employees were constantly bringing out more food. Overall the facility was very clean with some parts newly remodeled.
