因泰里奧旅館(L'Host Boutique Rooms)

Had a lovely trip to Polencia and was so charmed by both the area and L'hostal. We had the pleasure of getting greeted by the friendliest staff, Joanna was exceptional and extremely helpful. This was a very unique experience I'll remember forever.

Very friendly clean and efficient. I lost my key and they were understanding and replaced it. Left me a packed breakfast for the last day. Hope to go back soon.

The clue is in the name – this is a hostel, not a hotel. Rooms spartan - no fridge no mini bar, no bottled water, bath chipped and resprayed. Very ‘youth hostel’ dormitory style. There are no facilities at all – no communal areas apart from a reception area where chairs and tables share space with some bike racks and a handful of mini fridges and a coffee machine that is permanently switched off. It’s also a bit sneaky in the way it markets itself – most of the photos are of its ‘sister hotel’ (Juma) and it lumps the two together in the blurb. The sister hotel is a bit smarter, has a restaurant and cafe and has a superb location on the main square. However, this is all fine if you’ve paid £75 a night, particularly as the staff is professional and eager to help (thanks Joan and Joana); the location (although down a dark side street) is very central and the breakfast (at their sister hotel) is very good too. However, if, like us, you have paid over £300 per night through Headwater Holidays as part of a Mallorcan cycling tour of ‘boutique hotels’, you will feel somewhat cheated… But if you're paying the prices on here, and you're after a clean and central location with really helpful staff then I would def recommend.

This has been a lovely stay with great service and communication prior to the booking as I had to make some changes last minute. Very clean and cool rooms which was needed when coming in from outside!

Very clean room. Staff lovely. On a quiet side street about 30m from Plaça Major. The room was a little tired looking and there was no tea tray but otherwise perfectly comfortable. We got a really cheap room through ********** with free breakfast and the breakfast was wonderful: outside Hotel Juma (the sister hotel) on the main square, coffee and a two course meal with plenty of choice. Parking is tricky in Pollença but we always managed to get a space in the free council car park by the bus stop.

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff, very clean, very close to main square. The only feedback I would give was that it was odd to bring out the ‘warm’ bit of the breakfast choices at the same time as the cereal bit but it was lovely to eat breakfast on the terrace of hotel Juma in the square.

Voyage mystère offert par mes collègues. Je n'ai connu ma destination que le jour du départ! Et quelle satisfaction ! Première expérience espagnole! Et aux Baléares en plus! L'hôtel est bien situé, dans une rue calme, l'accès est libre et sécurisé par un pass. L'hôte prend le temps de s'adapter à mon français, mes années lycées étant loin, mon espagnol est approximatif. Climatisation appréciée au vue des températures toujours supérieures à 30°. Un coffre fort est à disposition, les petits déjeuners sont satisfaisants et variés. Je recommande vivement.

Nos quedamos 2 noches en este pequeño hotel de interior. La verdad es que nos encantó. Nos dieron una habitación muy bonita y acogedora con vistas a la montaña. Se mostraron muy atentos con nosotras en todo momento y nos encantó el entorno. Sin duda, repetiríamos.
