Meravigliosa location immersa nel verde. La stanza era bellissima. IL letto una favola, ti sembrava di dormire dentro una nuvola di morbidezza. Eccezionale il servizio in camera. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, la quaglia,il tortino di verdure, la pasta pici con ragù di cinghiale, tagliatele al tartufo, e i dessert... Tutto di una squisitezza e prelibatezza senza pari. Ringraziamo Michele per la sua accoglienza e professionalità e tutto lo staff del ristorante che ci ha coccolati anche a colazione. Grazie davvero a tutti. A Romina del front office, a Giuliano al bar, e ancora una volta a tutto lo staff senza il quale quest esperienza non sarebbe stata la stessa. Fantastici.

Hotel was beautiful and the facilities were prestige, however we found the hotel to be very un-user friendly. They market the hotel as having all these activities available to guests, but in reality these are all very expensive add ones that felt very cheesy and in-authentic. The dining options are also strange, they don’t really have a casual dining options (bar menu has ~5 tapas options that were bizarre). Best menu was only available for room service, but you are required to eat in you room despite many open tables throughout the property. Our best moments of the trip were when we left campus for excursions we planned, which is not what you want from a remote luxury resort.

This was our first stay at a Belmond and if they are all like this we will be devoted followers. The Castello di Casole exceeded all our expectations. This was our 4th Five-Star hotel stay on this European trip and it far surpassed all our other stays. Besides the obvious beauty of the hotel, guest rooms and surroundings the quality of the staff was really what exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member was well trained and excellent at anticipating our needs, attending to our specific needs (dairy allergy) and offering friendly greetings and conversations. They did an outstanding job of balancing excellent customer service and friendliness without being overly familiar. A rare treat these days. We stayed in Villa One which was a delightful, well-appointing suite overlooking the courtyard. The room was very quiet despite being on the courtyard. The only word of caution I have if you are booking this room, is that it has a curvy, brick staircase to get up to the rooms. If you are not agile, it could be a problem. The windows are small as to be expected so you will want to keep the shutters open as much as possible to see the surrounding views. The location of the hotel is rather remote. We stayed for six nights and ate at the hotel for most meals because there weren't many options around us. But no complaints about dining in-house for most of our meals. The food was outstanding and offered two options for dinner and two options for lunches. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on being in the area and want a great stay.

Posto spettacolare, vista mozzafiato a 360 gradi ,curato in ogni dettaglio,la cucina dello chef Daniele Sera ha dell’incredibile,semplicemente fantastica,raffinata ma con sapori genuini , mangiato molto meglio qui di un ristorante a due stelle Michelin dove avevamo cenato una settimana prima ,servizio curato ,attento ma non intrusivo. Promosso a pieni voti con lode.

Beautiful property, Over the top service, Excellent Food, Fabulous experience. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! Our room was the size of my NYC apartment. We had breakfast on our deck most mornings. Room service came with place mats, real china and excellent hot food. It couldn't have been more romantic. Views from the bar and restaurant are fabulous, especially around sunset. Hiking trails were legit and swimming pool was big enough to swim laps

Outstanding stay at Castello Di Casole. We even returned for 2 days later in our trip. From the moment we drove up the the hotel and Josef welcomed us to the day we left the service we received was outstanding. We stayed in a Limoncello Suite for 3 days which was lovely. The room was beautiful and the bed was so so lovely to sleep in We stayed in an Olivetti Suite for 2 nights and really enjoyed the space, the balcony and the peace and quiet. Each morning you awake to birds chirping, beautiful views and your wonderful suite. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful especially Ramsey who was so kind! Breakfast was lovely. Good selection, beautifully prepared. We really enjoyed dinner also and the BBQ evening. The hotel had an astronomer in after the BBQ and it was wonderful to relax and see the galaxies. We will return!

Beautiful location, incredible staff, memorable experience in Tuscany! The terrace was a gorgeous location to have an aperitif and watch the sunset. The food throughout the hotel exceptional. Spa service with Ganesha super relaxing. Get the pizza by the pool! Truffle hunting with Mattia was our favorite! That’s truly a special experience. Although it’s a bit of a drive to everything, it’s so special and therefore, well worth the drive!

I was invited to stay at this beautiful property with family and friends and we had the utmost best time. The service was ABOVE the bar and rose my standards. The rooms were always cleaned and touched up, the staff accommodated to our needs and everywhere you looked on the property was a picture perfect breathtaking moment. Highly recommend this stay
