龐第皆瑞長廊酒店(The Promenade)

We stopped by here for dinner at their lovely seaside restaurant. Comfortable outdoor seating with the sound of the ocean as background music! Perfect, right? Well ….. nearly. The food was delicious but the service was terrible. We waited a VERY long time for our food - only to have our appetizer & mains come out ALL AT ONCE. In addition to that - one of the mains was stone cold and had clearly been sitting around. An expensive steak tenderloin that sat long enough that it was no longer rare. Add to that we had to send back the red wine which had turned. Tasted more like paint thinner than wine. Staff had no clue when we tried to explain this. They equally had no clue - nor any concern about fixing their problem when we said that we had wanted the appetizer first. Their only solution was to set the steak aside and let it sit even longer! Despite all this the food was very good. Even the cold steak.

We had a great time spending quality time. The service and hospitality was overall good and all our needs and necessaries were satisfied by the staffs. The food buffet was good and tasty. Overall the property is family and kid friendly.

Though dry area and wet area split in washroom, dry area was also wet after bathe. Water clogging in shower room. Air condition was not controllable. Blankets and towels are little old like normal lodge. So paying 10k for delux room is not felt worthy.

Great hotel with good food. Only issue is no private parking space. You have to park on the side of the road. Very good location for sightseeing and other local food. We can choose to stay here for a great experience in Pondicherry. Nearby eco park seashore

Had a good stay with nice food. The food was good especially the breakfast. The view from the terrace was mesmerizing for sure.

Excellent hotel, good location, food is also good, helpful staff. I had a wonderful stay with my family with triple occupancy. They had provided me with extra cot. Pool is also awesome. The hotel is Bang on the beach only u need to cross the road.

Stay was fantastic. Staffs were very friendly. The view of the room was very nice. It is in the heart of the city , so you can roam around easily. Food is really tasty. Breakfast buffet is worth the money. Rooftop dinner also must try and nice view also

Beautiful hotel located right at Rock Beach, sSouth Indian food at the breakfast buffet was delicious. Very pleasant stay. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and cool did not feel like summer at all even with the AC turned off. Bathrooms were clean. Totally worth the money.

Our stay here was very comfortable. The view just outside the hotel is just cherry on the top. Thanks to the staff for making our visit memorable. The bakery is great, breakfast options especially the croissants are really good. Cocktails are wonderful.
