Had a quick one night stay over. Room was a ground floor king. Staff could take some time and either clean the bathroom walls and door or repaint it as there are scuff marks and stains.

The only CON is the room had a musty smell. Probably due to either deep cleaning the carpet or no one being in the room for a while. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t very bothersome. The room was decorated neatly and clean. I would stay again.

Mold on carpets and furniture. Broken ice maker. Hotel employee’s living in fitness room being “renovated “. Everything needs to be cleaned. Dust, dirt, cobwebs and stains in all the carpets.

Floor was carpeted. When I walked around and saw bottom of my feet, they were dark. Floor should be laminated or steam carpet to get rid of odor.

This was my second time staying here and I must say the service was exceptional. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in the area.

We have a letter from the hotel stating they will refund us our money and that we have to contact you to do this. We left after night number one. It was disgusting mold in the bathroom just absolutely disgusting. We have photos to prove that unsafe area the picture does not indicate the condition of the hotel. It was absolutely disgusting.

The room was dirty, stained chair and ottoman, walls scuffed, one place next to door, looked brownish red like blood, there was a 1" gap at bottom of door and a 1/2" gap on side, not only didn't feel secure, but hall light shined through brightly all night long. NO Wifi in rooms, in hotel lobby only, so statement is misleading. Only bright spot, was Abby, front desk person. She needs to find a better place to work, but she was the shining light

Everything was fine except the pool was not in use, and my grandkids was very upset!!! There was no breakfast, I wouldn't even call what they had continental.
