DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was disgusting, it smelled terrible almost like a musty moldy smell. There were busted bulbs and missing bulbs in lamps, USB ports were damaged and not working, refrigerator was full of mold spots throughout, one sprinkler was missing, toilet was not working. My family and I were traveling and made this last minute reservation. I was exhausted and had been driving forever. I did not discover the toilet wasn’t working til around midnight. The front desk employee was very rude and unwilling to help. I proceeded to request a refund and was spoken to very rudely and told no. I argued then was told to call the manager the next morning. After arguing and arguing I got nowhere. I contacted the manager who told absolutely no refunds. I am in the process of making other calls.

I stayed here for a quick day trip to Savannah and Tybee. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice hometown vibe. The building is old some which leaves room for improvement. However i would atay here again and enjoyed the stay very much

Horrible experience! Room was smelly And nasty. We had to change sheets upon arrival due to being nasty and covered in hair and what appeared to be dried puke. Killed a few roaches in the room while there also. I’ll never stay here again!

Our stay wasn’t to good. The room was sparse, there weren’t any hangers, pillows on the bed were flat, towels were very thin. The room was large but minimal furnishings. One lamp in the room, no clock and the lady at the desk tried to be helpful but missed it. We also couldn’t get Wi-Fi until another clerk came on duty hours later. Over all it was not a good hotel and we would not stay there again!

We have stayed here for 18 years, back the it was The Travel Lodge, it's our halfway point to Fl from Va. With the new ownership I was hesitant because the standards were already high. I ABSOLUTELY WAS PLEASED by the new changes and our stay to and from Fl was like coming home. The staff & rooms were even better. The breakfast was great and we almost stayed another night because we didn't want to leave. The beds are the most comfortable than any hotel we've ever stayed at. We couldn't have been happier!

The front desk clerk was friendly at check-in but the room was deplorable. The pillows were so old the filling was nothing but lumps, there were greasy hand prints on the head board, stains everywhere including on the window shade. The sink was cracked and the towels and facecloths were so filthy one was hesitant to use them.

The room was clean and the woman who checked us in was very helpful. The only issues worth talking about was the mattress was not very comfortable. My back was pretty stiff in the morning.
