薩凡納機場紅屋頂客棧(Red Roof Inn & Suites Savannah Airport)

I selected this hotel because was the only one that advertised transportation service from the Savannah international airport. After payment they asked me to contact the hotel for the service and they announced the service was suspended the previous year. :(

It was incredibly loud, the guy who checked us in was nice BUT our keys didn’t work for us initially. He did come to help us but apparently our room was the only one with door/key trouble and kept telling us to “do it like petting a cat”. Didn’t offer to move our room, we had trouble opening the door the entire time we were there. The room was relatively dirty, there was no coffee maker, and the beds were uncomfortable. Also, the TV only had ONE channel to watch. When we returned from Savannah the night of our stay, we parked our car and saw someone right next to us doing inappropriate things in their car (which isn’t something you can control but worth mentioning).

Can we talk roaches? The big ones, an inch and a half. The minute the lights went out, they came out to join the party. Swarming all over the bathroom counter—babies, mid-size, and large whoppers. They came out of the walls, out of the faucets, out of the drains. And this went on—all…night…long. Even before the lights went out, when one of us took a shower, a huge roach crawled out of the faucet, fell onto the bottom of the tub and raced toward her. Oh, and baby roaches crawling in the “clean” towels and all over the toilette paper. I get that Savannah has lots of vermin to deal with. But Red Roof Inn is Roach Central—stay here if you want a show!

It served our purpose of a 1 night stay after an evening flight. A bit rundown and not very clean (including some areas of the room) overall, but service was very good. The breakfast was fine. Elevator inspection certificate is expired.

We were driving already 15 hours and decided stop to rest at 7pm and we were planning get up at 3:30am to don’t get stuck in traffic. Neighbors came at 11:30pm they were so loud, kids were so loud and slamming door about at an hour before I get up and call to reception! Walls super thin and you can hear everyone right, left, upstairs it’s was horrible Hotel I ever been NOT recommended to stay especially if can pay a little more money and stay in normal comfort hotel without worrying that you can’t sleep of neighbors so loud! For sure this hotel for low class people otherwise why mom of this kids didn’t put them sleep at that late time? Kids were yelling, slamming doors. Just horrible.

This hotel was awesome! The staff was very polite and friendly! When i visit my daughter, this will be my place to stay each time!

Room 216 did not have a shower curtain and we had to shower without it. There was a open bottle of shampoo with hairs on it in the tub and the bathroom was not clean.
