薩凡納機場雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Savannah Airport)

오후5시 도착해서 체크인했음에도 불구하고 방준비가 안되어 10분 이상 기다려야 했고 체크인시 parking pass 안내도 없었으며 3박 동안 룸청소도 없었습니다. 직원들의 미소를 볼수 없는 최악의 호텔입니다

Staff great, room great, facilities good , great shuttle service from the airport, that’s a big thing for me, arriving late, it really helped

New hotel. Good airport shuttle service and surrounding area too. Walking distance to Walmart

Clean new unique. Large room. Didnt like lack of staff for bar area. No one there for exceasive periods. Although great service when there.

Great Hotel, Friendly Staff. Lots of shops, and restaurants within close proximity. The only bad thing was the walls are a little thin. We could hear someone stomping around above us at night and we could pretty much hear our next door neighbors whole phone conversation. Other than that we had a great experience.

Stay was ok. Lobby and parking lot was clean. Staff was decent, however the women in the lobby the night I checked in seemed annoyed.. but what irritated me was when we got into room to get ready to go out there were moldy chicken bones in trash and the facial tissues on counter were soaking wet.. they obviously cleaned but didn’t pay attention to detail. All front desk said was that they would have another box of tissues for us when we returned , which they did. The morning of check out one of the housekeepers tried to just walk straight though the door as I was about to take a shower. She came back a few minutes knocking and just saying hello . Never announcing herself as housekeeping.. mind you this was before 8 AM, I was indeed awake but my guest was asleep and was woken up by all of this. I know checkout is at noon.. and I’ve done housekeeping . You should announce yourself and not bother guests like that. I get you want to get your cleaning done but just trying to walk in and then knock knock hello ? Hello ? Hello is annoying and unprofessional . I’m sure this was just a one time thing as I have many other workers I know who love this hotel, so hopefully I can give them another chance.

The room was very small and what was supposed to be a king bed was queen size . The service at the bar was slow even though there were only to men at the bar that she was flirting with the whole time and took 30 minutes to get two orders of chicken wings that were the smallest i've ever seen. Our order of fries came out 15 minutes after the wings. We didn't get a good nights sleep becuse the people in the room above us ostomped around all night sounding like a herd of elephants. We will not be staying here again

You get what you pay for. Very difficult to connect with staff. They basically don’t exist Thankfully I only planned to sleep and shower there. Had I needed or wanted anything beyond that, I would have been very disappointed.

First time at an ALoft property. The rooms are small and there isn’t much privacy from the bathroom to the bedroom. Otherwise, it was good.
