Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was wir davor nicht ganz raus lesen konnten, dass es die gleiche Anlage wie im Parco San Marco ist. Die Zimmer sind nicht ganz so schön wie im Parco San Marco. Zwar ist der Preis geringer als im Parco San Marco, dennoch für das Alter sollte der Preis noch günstiger sein. Dennoch waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Einzig im Treppenhaus war es nicht ganz so sauber. Das WLAN hat bei uns im Zimmer leider gar nicht funktioniert. (Sollte mittlerweile eigentlich Standard sein) Der Service ist Top und die Angestellten sind super nett. Die Hotel Anlage samt Strand am See ist super. Die Restaurants sind sehr lecker mit gehobener Küche. Aber auch teuer. Wir sind zum Essen lieber mit ausgeliehen Fahrräder in die nächstgelegene Stadt (Porlezza) gefahren. Frühstück ist Klasse.

We have just returned home from a week at this hotel feeling very relaxed. The staff in all areas from reception to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view of lake Lugano. We did not pay to use the adult only spa but used the family spa and sauna. We found the best time to go was after 6pm as it was quieter. The spa had sauna, steam room and relax area where children under 16 were not allowed. There are 2 outdoor pools which we did not try as they are not heated and also private beach area. We were on half board, the breakfast had so much choice. The evening menu changed each evening, we had to pay for our drinks. There is parking on site but it is chargeable. The staff are knowledgeable on places to visit.

Hotel war über unseren Aufenthalt nicht informiert. Entsprechend war das Zimmer nicht bereit. Dazu bekamen wir dann einen Raum für Behinderte. Das führte bei dieser hohen Toilette zu Problemen für meine Kinder.

Excellent place with a gorgeous view over Lake Lugano. We were a bit concerned that we could be a bit far away from walking to dinner locations but as the complex itself had the best restaurants in the area we were in the perfect spot. The service was impeccable and breakfast buffet was just great.

This journey is the best one ever happend in my life. The biggest welcome and the best facilities and the best services. Dont know the name of the staff but, the lady at the arrival day gave my boy the present and she brought our suitcase to the room. For the breakfast, the staff were fantastic. Although we dropped the cup and the cup was brkoen, they friendly made us relaxed. I will take my mother and father in law and my mom in July. More than ☆☆☆☆☆!!

Wir waren schon mal im Parco San Marco, diesmal haben wir die Dependence gewählt, da die Wohnungen mit zwei Schlafzimmer im Internet hell, freundlich und modern ausgesehen haben. Aber wir hatten Pech, unsere Wohnung war altmodisch, düster und roch nach Rauch/Schimmel. Das Bad wurde zwar neu gemacht, die Küche hingegen ist uralt. Ines von der Reception war sehr hilfsbereit und hat versucht uns eine andere Wohnung zur Verfügung zu stellen, doch es war alles voll. Auch sonst sind alle sehr freundlich und versuchen alles um die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Das Resort ist dieses Jahr tagsüber aber so voll wie noch nie, man braucht Glück einen Tisch im Restaurant zu erhalten, eine Parkplatz in der Garage zu finden oder eine Liege am Pool zu ergattern. Die Kinder haben aber Spass am Pool und der „Gratis-Glace-Pass“ kommt gut an.... Auch der Kinderclub finden sie super!!

The hotel is outstanding but i would like to highlight the Staff they were amazing especially : Desiree Pace from the front desk and Bianca from Kids play . Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . I strongly recommend the hotel specially for family trip , its a perfect place for parents and kids enjoy there time , together or doing the hotel activities . The view from the room is wonderful , good food etc . Thank you to make my vacation unforgettable
