礁石谷度假村(Reef Valley Resort)

This place was my worst stay: 1) Lizards and insects in the room. 2) a pungent odor in the room that housekeeping is not able to understand and resolve even after 8 hours of checkin. 3) scary bathroom doors with very difficult tower bolt which hurt my kids while trying to lock it. Surprisingly when I asked the hotel about this, the answer was that all rooms has the same system. My overall experience was very bad. Just waiting for the night to get over so that I can go someplace else.

Excellent place to stay in Neil Islands. Very good and well maintained property. The food is good too. There is a beautiful garden at this property. The staff is friendly as well. Wi-Fi connectivity is available. Rooms have proper functional air conditioning system.

Value for money. Nice place to stay with family. Definitely lot of room for improvement but has the charm to it. Needs a little walk from the road. Well attended staff though. Clam place with well spaced rooms.It rained the day we were there.

This property has no Cable TV, fan without regulator in room, no wi-fi in room, AC intalled in room but not working. The property is situated in remate area, and they have strict timing for food as they provide dinner only after 7.30 PM and food will be served after more than 30 minutes from order. Checkout time is strictly 8.00 AM. My travel agent booked 04 rooms in this hotel for our 04 families. We arrived here at about 6.30 PM and we all were very tired with family. I requested the receptionist for shifting our bags in the room during registration. Most of our IDs had been proved to him but he denied for even shifting our bags to rooms. He obtained the ID of all the members and completed registration, then permitted his persons for opening the rooms.

Nice Resort with rich cottages. Surrounded by beautiful nature. Recommend for family as well as couples. Bunch of food options and taste is awesome. Reception and service are polite and understanding.
