There was a disappearance of money in my forgotten handbag in the hotel room

Tres pres des terminales de croisières, l’hotel est bien mais presence de tapis qui sont malodorants. Les restaurants proches sont surtout du fast food. Correct pour une nuit pré-croisières sans plus et les transports vers les terminaux ne sont pas gratuits contrairement a ce qui est indiqué dans le site!

On the web site says they have shuttle to cruise port but they don't its private company and you need to book 24hrs in advance plus it cost $20 per person when a a Lyft ride is just $10 for 4 people

There was a black lady in the breakfast area who told my husband he should have had COMMON SENSE enough to know not to use the egg spoon for the other food next to it. Instead of being nice and sayin excuse me sir, no not this lady she said COMMON SENSE. She yelled it out and embarrassed him. we have stayed at this property several times, but after that nope. never again.

This was the ideal spot to be if you were going to check out what Cocoa beach has to offer. we came here to get away and see some sites. The room was great, clean and had a full kitchen. Our shower faucet broke so we couldn't shut the water off, thank god maintenance was still there on a Sunday night. He was abel to get it down to a dribble which was fine. They did offer to put us in another room but we were leaving in the morning and I couldn't see dirtying up another room for 1 night. The only thing I didn't care for as I was looking over my bill besides having 3 different taxes I was charged for parking for each day. Its just one of those things that urk me like when you pay for cable but you have to rent out a box in order to use it.

Our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton was very enjoyable and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable; the staff members were friendly and helpful; and the location was perfect!!

Spacious very clean room. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Stayed here the night before our cruise. Was only a quick 5 min drive. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, this hotel is conveniently located if your stay is cruise ship related. There are a few restaurants located near by, as well as a gas station and a clothing store. A few sites list their shuttle to cruise ports as being free, but that's not the case. It's $10 per person, and you have to book online with a CC. The front desk cannot book for you.

I was surprised how well kept up and how clean this hotel was. The service was excellent and free breakfast was a plus. We got to the hotel after taking a red eye flight and arrived really early. We were exhausted and the lady at the front was able to accommodate us by getting us into a room that was available early. We really appreciated that tremendously. The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the area clean and well stocked with food and drinks. The room was so clean! The housekeeping staff are wonderful! This hotel by far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for anyone.
