great pool area, very nice lobby and bar area with seating and tables. breakfast was perfect, so many options and all very delicious. rooms are very nice! beds are comfortable and pillows were just right. modern and classic decor with updated touches which made for an overall wonderful experience. definitely recommend. staff is outstanding

The property was clean and well laid out. The staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. We ate the evening we arrived in the bar area, the food was good and the portions were large . It was suggested by the front desk clerk because we were tired and hungry, she stated it was close and good. She was right. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean, spacious and the beds comfortable. We parked at a great price for the duration of our cruise and the transport to and from Carnival was efficient and easy. I had not reserved the parking but the assistant manager that evening was very accommodating and saved us much anxiety and it was a great convenience. I will stay here again if I cruise out of Canaveral.

We booked a room to be in the area the night before our cruise. When we came into town the weather was a lot colder than expected, we had hoped to hang around the beach and find some stuff to do before check in, we called and they had a room ready hours prior for us. The room was very accommodating for 6 people, a lot of room and very clean. The location was great for the port and some surrounding shopping. Would definitely stay again, we are very thankful for the early check in due to 4 kids it took some stress of traveling off our plate. Thank you!

My room was spacious. I had 2 beds in my room, and they seemed like king size each. Much more comfortable than a double bed. The couch in the room could use a steam cleaning. Stayed overnight to get on a cruise the next morning. Different hot meals ( scrambled eggs,sausage, waffles, oatmeal), bread, bagels, cereal, muffins, scones etc. were available for breakfast. It was standard hotel buffet breakfast. Nothing to write home about. Overall an ok stay. Close to the cruise port, so I would probably stay again.

We stayed at this hotel the day before our cruise and I e loved it here! It is a clean, modern hotel that is very beautiful. I’m traveling with a 14 month old and they even had a pack and play that we could use which was a lifesaver so we didn’t have to fly with one. The continental breakfast was also so good! I do wish they had breakfast potatoes or fresh fruit other than oranges but it was still very good. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Spent 1 night before cruise. Hotel is well acquainted with large rooms. Food in walking distance. Optional transportation from airport and to the cruise portage next day were very good and convenient to book. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Would stay again if using port for cruise.

This was an new property and so many things not operational. Bathroom door latch was not operational so the door wouldn't close so there was no privacy in the bathroom. Air condition in the room didn't have an fan that would stay on. Refrigerator wouldn't work. When talking with the staff the maintance worker stated that there was an know issue with the bathroom door latch in that room. I told them they never should have had that room operational. The only thing that they could do was give points. which doesn't help when paying over $200 a night for an room that doesn't work.

We were able to get in to our room a little early, which was nice. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the shuttle pickup process is simple. The breakfast time was crazy with hardly any food left, several ships leaving this morning.

Hotel was very nice, although I will say we only slept and took shower there. Breakfast was great to have. Only thing I did not like was having to pay to park after paying a decent price to stay.
