希爾頓麗筠酒店及會議中心(Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre)

체크인 시(21시 정도), 직원이 와이파이, 식당위치, 아침 식사시간, 스포츠센터이 위치와 시간 등 다른 호텔에서라면 당연히 안내해줘야하는 것을 안내해주지 않았다. 내가 문의하자 그제서야 안내를 해주면서 룸에 모두 적혀있다고 귀찮은 듯 이야기 했다(룸에는 그런 안내가 없었다.) 힐튼에서 이런 상황이 발생한 것은 무척 실망스럽다. 1쨰날 숙박이후 룸 메이크업 이후, 룸에 물, 물컵, 수건등이 리필이 되지 않았다. 전화해서 받기는 했지만....왜 이런일이 일어나는지. 수영장의 경우 가둬두는 물이라서 어쩔수 없지만 조금 먼지나 나뭇잎 등이 많이 있었다. 동일 도시에서 하야트에 1박을 하고 힐튼에서 3박을 한 일정이라. 하야트의 직원, 서비스, 수영장 등과 너무 비교가 된다. 힐튼의 인지도에 맞는 서비스를 해주었으면 한다. 식사는 5성급 수준은 아니다. 호텔 조식의 꽃은 생과일 쥬스인데.....없는것 같다. 과일도 세가지 종류만 3일 내내 동일하게 나왔다.

Location for this hotel is perfect, love the pool area it was very relaxing and food was delicious. Check in was easy and we paid a little extra for a late check out at 3pm.

It was a standard Hilton ,spacious , clean, and rooms were nice. Food was great ,but overall pricing is expensive for the location.

My stay was excellent. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and ckeaned everyday and hospitality was excellent

Initial check in was lengthy and understaffed at front desk. However, the cleanliness of property and room, prompt response to any request made was excellent, they made you feel that any request was possible, dining options were delicious, modern and visually appealing. Overall, it was a modern, classy and great service experience!!! Again all the staff from housekeeping to dining staff, made you feel welcome and that they were happy you were staying there My only suggestion would be live nightly entertainment poolside or other outdoor area.

The check in and out was smooth and efficient, staff exceedingly pleasant. Pool staff were great. Breakfast staff on Mother’s Day truly disappointed and made the stay less enjoyable. While the chef at the omelette station listened to and responded to request on Saturday morning- the chef on Mother’s Day did not and reluctantly adhered to request. The supervisor interrupted breakfast an three occasions doubting that we had paid for breakfast even though a chit was presented on entrance. While eating service staff kept pointing at our table and discussing us as though we had no right to be there - it made for a very uncomfortable Mother’s Day breakfast with my mom and daughter.

Great weekend getaway with my dad. Breakfast was wonderful. A delicious combination of local and international fare. Our favorite was the pumpkin, bodi, egg plant choka and fry bake. Room service was great, the salmon and shrimp was really good on our first night. The negatives was the check in process. We were waiting from 2;15 and never got into a room until 3:45pm. There seemed to be a breakdown with housekeeping. We did not like the view of a large tamarind tree and the path to the Savannah. That was disappointing. We really hoped for a better view. Otherwise it was a good getaway for both of us.

There was no mug for the cofee maker, no kettle. Customer service was bare minimum compared to many other hotels I've stayed at.The front desk wasn't easily accessible by phone. The positive was that the room was clean and neat.
