My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Hyatt. The service, amenities, and view were amazing. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the check-in and check-out services was quick as well as room service.

The location is perfect, after or befor sunset and sunrise, we could see excellent landscpe.
If you have an energy, you can go to the center by foot and could look the local's life.
Specially, the pool is excellent.

My parents had a lovely stay here. The staff offered complimentary drinks for my mum as it was her birthday. The hotel was gorgeous and the service was great

It was one of our better stays at a Hyatt properties. Our biggest issue was the exorbitant prices for food at the hotel. It was quite literally price gouging. We found that our stay at a luxury hotel in Paris had cheaper food. I still recommend this property as the staff were fantastic. I recommend just ordering food or eating elsewhere.

It was a clean hotel but they failed to pick us up from the airport and lied about being on their way and more importantly we were told 3 times by the lady on front desk that our breakfast was complimentary but on checkout they charged us and told us that the young lady never said this as they called her at home and she denied it. Very dishonest

I left a cross body bag in the room I stayed in
I have been calling security and have not received an update
I have sent 4 emails to security and still have not received an update.
My stay at the Hyatt was horrible I had to request everything that was missing in the room. I guess the politicians and diplomats were more important than the regular customers.
I will consider staying at another hotel on my next visit.

I liked the property and the security,however the bath tub was to high for a senior citizen to get in and out of .and the bed was to high to safely get in and out, The staff was great the serviced was great but it was not for senior citizen
