奧查德港紅獅套房酒店(Red Lion Inn & Suites Port Orchard)

I’m surprised this place has better reviews. Our time was so bad that we left in the middle of the night. My husband got stuck in the hot tub shower room because the lock is broken. The staff knew this. There wasn’t no sign or anything to warn him. The AC/Fan in our room made a loud rumbling sound that made it impossible for me to sleep. During the night, I tried taking a shower to relax myself. The shower worked fine, but a few seconds after I open the bathroom door, the STEAM set off the fire alarm. Woke up both up from being tired. I guess I got what I paid for.

Got there around 6 or a bit after the girl didn't know if room was clean. She went and checked and said it was. It was not. Bed had been tidied but hair and dirt still in it. Bathroom had dirty washcloths on floor. I give coodos to the maid she came and I helped her make the bed. She directed me to parking on the side of the building. Staff at the counter should have done that. I would not recommend.

I was placed in an adjoining room. There was next to no sound insulation. I could hear every word and even a deep breath from my next door neighbors. Not to mention the snoring. In my many travels i have never experienced anything nearly as bad.

We only had our room serviced a couple times. There was an altercation with 12police cars. The highlight was the wonderful breakfast. The breakfast was terrific and the room was very clean

The room displayed was misleading, showed couch, a tually was a roll awaybed brought into room

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. The room we were in had ants and that is not a very comfortable thing to be around in your room.

Breakfast options included a good variety of protein and gluten free options. Massage chairs available. No elevator.

The facility was very clean and bright looking, got a nice welcome reception with water. Great coffee, bar and breakfast bar, two massage chairs that were amazing. Tidy room with comfortable beds and pillows and a partial kitchenette.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I was very surprised at the lack of cleanliness of this particular room. Furniture was dirty and stained, thick level of dust on headboard and lights. Staining of side of bed, gouges in wall, and staining on the ceiling. My guess is that was a “pet friendly” room. My reservation was for non smoking, no pets. The lobby was clean, staff friendly, and a good breakfast available in the am.
