I booked here for my boyfriends birthday weekend. The hotel is nice but my stay experience was horrible. Once I got there to check in Friday afternoon, I paid the room deposit off of my card, then the next morning on Saturday I noticed it was an extra $100 missing from my card. They told me that my deposit didn’t go through but how when the card machine said approved and I had money on it. They then made me pay another $40. So in Total they took an extra $140 from me. They then called AGAIN later Saturday afternoon to say that they didn’t get the second deposit either and this is when I started to get upset. Because the money is coming off my card and I can see the transactions. So they tried to take the room deposit from me 3 times. Imagine it’s your bday weekend and all of your money to spend on your vacation is being stolen by the hotel. After finally believing me when I showed them my card was missing money they noticed it was a glitch in the system and that they actually did owe me my money back that was taken from the 3 deposits. This completely ruined the mood for my weekend and ruined my plans due to me losing money. I was told by the front desk woman that my money would be returned to my card and I still have nothing yet. This is the worst service I had at a hotel. I don’t think I’ll ever book here again. If my money isn’t returned to my card soon I will take further action because this is ridiculous.
