Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für Florida wirklich gut. Von dort kann man sehr gut in den Süden, Norden oder Westen Ausflüge unternehmen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

I booked here for my boyfriends birthday weekend. The hotel is nice but my stay experience was horrible. Once I got there to check in Friday afternoon, I paid the room deposit off of my card, then the next morning on Saturday I noticed it was an extra $100 missing from my card. They told me that my deposit didn’t go through but how when the card machine said approved and I had money on it. They then made me pay another $40. So in Total they took an extra $140 from me. They then called AGAIN later Saturday afternoon to say that they didn’t get the second deposit either and this is when I started to get upset. Because the money is coming off my card and I can see the transactions. So they tried to take the room deposit from me 3 times. Imagine it’s your bday weekend and all of your money to spend on your vacation is being stolen by the hotel. After finally believing me when I showed them my card was missing money they noticed it was a glitch in the system and that they actually did owe me my money back that was taken from the 3 deposits. This completely ruined the mood for my weekend and ruined my plans due to me losing money. I was told by the front desk woman that my money would be returned to my card and I still have nothing yet. This is the worst service I had at a hotel. I don’t think I’ll ever book here again. If my money isn’t returned to my card soon I will take further action because this is ridiculous.

Very nice accomodations, good breakfast and nearby dining options. I will stay here again when visiting family

The lady at the front desk was nice. I think she was from overseas. The gym didn't have towels or wipes on two occasions. I also passed by the front desk and didn't see the representative. The shower handle was loose as if it was coming out of the wall.

Was in a connecting room and the noise was crazy. Talked to the front desk and they were supposed to get back to me but never did

Everything was super clean staff were friendly great breakfast slept like a baby will stay again highly recommended

The room was not cleaned properly. It stink of something awful. Thank goodness we had some spray to mask.
