伊利利奇島Spa度假酒店(Iririki Island Resort & Spa)

Very disappointed with this place. rubbish everywhere, kids in the adult only pool with their toys everywhere. The food is sub par and expensive and mainly buffet which is like a rat race every time with most trays being empty and cold. Wine is always warm and they never have what you order and bring a more expensive bottle. No beach area to swim in and the snorkeling area is in the port so polluted water. Expected this to be a really beautiful resort but quiet the opposite. Very overpriced for what it is. Someone also fell through the deck and it took them a day to block the area off very dangerous.

Very run down, expected much more for what they are charging. Thought it would be 5 star, unfortunately there has been rubbish spread throughout the gardens / plates and glassware left out side of our neighbours room for 3 days. Breakfast is ordinary to say the least, kids all through the adult swimming and bar area. Rooms not very clean towels look like old rags. Deck around the pool is rotting away, I fell through one broken slat. Very disappointing end to what has been a fantastic trip, thanks to places we stayed in. Do yourself a favour don’t stay here. There are far better options in Port Vila

The resort has potential but has a long way to go to be considered 5star. The food is dreadful, very overpriced and when it eventually arrives at the table (sometimes at least an hour wait) is cold. We waited 50 minutes for two bowls of ice cream for children and we were the only guests in the restaurant! The special buffets are expensive and of poor quality. Due to the poor food and service combined with the excessive prices, would not recommend this resort

Loved the friendly staff at Iririki resort. Rooms amazing, food yummy and beautiful location. Would highly recommend. The staff recommended splash tour. I’m glad we went. Best location, beautiful blue clear waters, friendly and knowledgeable tour guard. Iririki day tour. Thank you Josh & Amy

Absolutely Amazing experience. Staff could not do enough for you. The place was clean and great Air Con. Have to say though we booked through Flight Centre who had a deal with Ignite Travel. Never again will I deal with Ignite Travel, flight time changes, flight cancellations zero communication from them we were left stranded in Vanuatu and had to book a very expensive $1000 one way ticket home. Only to be told it will take 12 weeks for Air Vanuatu to arrange a refund. There were 10 of us on this trip so a lot of money for us all to get back. Iririki is amazing as is the whole of Port Vila. Beautiful people, amazing snorkelling, waterholes and waterfalls. We will definitely go back but this time with a different air line.

The beautiful Moana and her team provided us with the most memorable holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, every request was answered. Lovely smorgasboard breakfasts daily. Activities during the day, Happy hour before dinner. Rooms were large and extremely cool and refreshing after a day out sightseeing. We loved every minute of our holiday and highly recommend you visit.
