陶樂苑精品公寓(The Terraces Boutique Apartments)

The location and the view from the Hotel is just awesome. The apar**ent itself with two floors and a private pool is stunning. But I have to say, that you feel, that the apar**ents are a bit older and could get a little renovation. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant service is not the best. There was not one day, we received what we ordered. For instance, you order juice without ice, it comes with ice, you order soy milk - you get normal milk and so on. If it happens ones or twice it's no problem, but for every single order it's just annoying. Anyways, we enjoyed our stay, therefore 4 stars.

An absolutely beautiful property with a fantastic restaurant onsite. There was a cyclone during out stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were very well looked after, safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend The Terraces Boutique Apar**ents for accommodation, meals and service.

We stayed in a two level apar**ent with our own pool. The veiw from apar**ent was beautiful. Loved having the pool was in it everyday, pool clean balcony great. Yes a few things in apar**ent not working but don't spoil our stay. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean shower plus a bath tub. Breakfast down the road at Mangos was delicious staff friendly and helpful with booking day trips and buses to take you anywhere you needed to go

Le séjour se passait très bien jusqu'à ce que les cyclones JUDY et Kévin arrivent et là les gérants de l'hôtel n'ont pas su gérer !! Pas d'électricité, ni eau courante les 2 derniers jours, pas de petits déjeuners car logique pas de restaurant ouvert... pas de serviettes propres mais par contre au moment de régler vous devez payer la totalité sans geste commerciale on vous dit que les petits déjeuners seront remboursés mais 4 mois plus tard toujours rien et le pire c'est que vous relancez par mail par téléphone et sans réponse, même sur les réseaux sociaux !!! 278000 vatus pour être resté 7 jours !!!

Only stayed one night, however room view was amazing and grounds of terrace boutique apar**ents were beautiful. Staff were friendly. Negatives, we arrived at reception and had to find a way to contact mangoes resort to check into the apar**ent. Room was a bare shell and missed the little things, such as nil shampoo/ conditioner and nil info about the amenities and things to do in the area. Walls were thin and could hear the people in the next room talking and tv was on all night. We went to mangoes for dinner and food and service was good. It appears mangoes hotel is the main operator and everything runs out of mangoes. We ended up checking out and paying through mangoes. Would stay at mangoes resort next time. The terrace boutique apar**ents we felt forgotten about. However staff were always friendly.

We had amazing stay!! love the pool esp our kid cant get enough with the pool. The room service was quick n food also great no need to eating out, just call and they will bring it to ur room 🤗 Can't wait to comeback for our anniversary on January 😊

We stayed long-term at The Terraces for 10 weeks as hubby was there for work in Port Vila. We found it perfect for our needs with a fully equipped kitchen and the resort facilities. It was very clean and quiet within the complex and has amazing staff. You can hear the entertainment from below at another resort along with pool fun and games, but we never found that to be an issue. There is a lot of sound carried up the hill from across the lagoon where there are many different churches, largely preaching (different days of the week, not just Sunday), but we got used to this and it was always finished by around 9pm. Room service from Mangoes Restaurant was wonderful. The infinity pool at the top of the resort was great for a daily swim of laps for me and hubby got good use of the gym. Our plunge pool was well used by hubby after a gym session or a walk in the morning, but was too cold for me to take a dip. Hilly surrounds made walking the 1km or so into Port Vila township a little uncomfortable in the heat, so we only did it once, other than for hubby's morning exercise walks. We had a hire car the whole time, so it didn't bother us much. The views from both levels of the apar**ent were beautiful and we would happily stay there again. Magnificent sunrises. There are easy gradient concrete steps throughout the complex and within the the one and two bedroom apar**ents so not easily accessible for wheelchairs. The studio apar**ents are on one level. Mangoes Resort next door, while also on the hillside has pathways throughout and single story accommodation if this is a consideration for your needs.

We had a great stay. A beautiful property set on a hill that provides you with amazing views and facilities. The staff were friendly and kind, so much so that we became friends. They looked after us and provided us with everything we needed to ensure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend.
