The sheets were dirty, front desk was helpful in providing clean sheets. We remade the bed. Two other guests checked out because their room was dirty. We got put on the same floor with the dog owners, smelled like wet dog and several of the dogs barked a lot. One guest was nearly molested at the ice machine.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean—the carpet was dirty, the ceiling was cracked, and the overall condition of the room felt outdated. The reservation was made for three guests, yet only two towels were provided. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, which was noticeable immediately upon entering and remained present during the stay. This significantly impacted the overall experience. The front desk staff member was not welcoming or pleasant, which made check-in uncomfortable. Additionally, the ice machine was inconveniently located only on the first floor, making access difficult for guests staying elsewhere in the building. Finally, there were individuals loitering around the property who appeared impaired, which created an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience did not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

We were there 4 nights and never had our room serviced {no clean towels or trash emptied}. On Monday there was one person trying to service the breakfast area while answering the phone and manning the front desk. He was doing his best but needed some one else to help. Also the facility is showing signs of age and maintenance is not sufficient

The entrance and hallway carpet was very dirty, the toilet in my room had no water, everytime I used the card key it malfunctioned the next time, door handle on room was ready to fall off, the elevator did not work, the wash machine was out of order, over all just a terrible place to stay. RD

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the TV worked well. Hotel staff were courteous and breakfast was good. We were very happy with our stay.

The first room 224 had hair all over thr bathroom and the second room we got switched to 228 had cockroaches! I will not be staying there again and will not recommend! 0/10.

Local Storms affected the TV/wifi. Room was decent(exactly what I needed but nothing special.

Excellent restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable.
