This place was so dirty it was gross. It looked like people had spit on the wall and it had never been wiped clean. The floor was so dirty our socks were black if we walked around without shoes. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 or $30 and stay somewhere else.

We ended up only staying one night due to weather. We felt the room was very nice. Some mold in bathroom from leak that needs to be redone but overall it is in good condition. I asked for a couple of extra towels and she got them for me. We ended up leaving after we got back from Cherry blossom Festival. Storms were coming and we decided to go home. We had already paid for two nights and we did not expect a refund. We puked stay here again if in the area. Lady up front was very nice.

Pros: The room and area around the hotel was very clean. The room smelled great, everything was tidy. Cons: I was late checking in and gave several hours heads up that our trip was delayed, so maybe it was because the check in time but I had to stand in the very cold rain for 15 minutes while checking in through a window because the lobby was locked. I'm a paying guest not a criminal. It was the absolute longest check in process I've ever had to endure and then compounded by wet rain was not the best 1st impression. I had to request an extra key as I was only offered one for 4 adults. Next, I had requested the room for 4 adults but it was only set up for 2. 2 towels, 2 coffee cups, 2 washcloths, etc. A little aggravating since we didnt realize we were short on towels until they were needed. Anyway, at least it was very clean.

I got here about around 11 p.m. and the man makes you stand outside in the cold in the window to check in. He can't hear you through the window it's hard for him to deal with you through the window but that's how he checked me in. Other than that the room was very nice and clean the only problem is there's a lot of loud people here. I have found that if I get a room under $120 I get stuck with a loud rude people. Trashy people.... I got here like 11:00 I tried to go to sleep they're loud 7:30 in the morning they're outside they're loud.

The desk clerk, room and condition of the hotel room were very nice. I only wish they had more tv station and carried premiums stations...other than that very good place to stay..

It was good for just sleeping, but the area didn’t feel really safe when I tried to shower I couldn’t find anything to turn the water on overhead instead of on the faucet

Safe .. Clean .. Lady at front desk was super nice ! Took my daughter to the Vampire Diaries convention stayed 4nights .. We defenetly comeback again .. thank you so much

Recently redone office and rooms. Fine place to stay if you want something clean, comfortable with no frills. Restaurants near

It’s exactly what you expect for the price. Not real clean ( sheets dirty with all kinds of stains pillow cases just smelly, and shower curtains have black stains), bring your own sheets and covers because they don’t change them. Wires exposed from smoke alarm ( hope they work). But really what do you expect for the price. Just plan ahead and bring your own stuff.
