The carpets were worn and visibly dirty in the lobby, hallways and elevator. The shower had dark moldy spots in the caulking. The air conditioner was loud and made an odd knocking noise when coming on. The staff were friendly. The location was very convenient for attending Indy Car races. It just needs some repairs and deep cleaning.

The website states there is an airport shuttle. After arriving at the airport, we called the lobby for pick-up and were told that was not actually true. When we finally got to the airport late at night, we were given keys to an occupied room TWICE. Finally got into a room although not the type or size of room I had reserved. The breakfast was good.

Nice staff and clean !. Its just no waffle and no microwave for oatmeal, maybe the coffee needs to be stronger a little bit.

The bedroom was adequate in size and the ac worked well, We asked for a daily room service. Day 1 No room service. Assured that they will come soon. Day 2 No room service. Assured that they will definitely come to clean. Day 3 No room service, no towels, no toilet paper, all garbage cans are full to the brim. Day 4 Finally room service. Day 5 Room service. Day 6 No room service. I have I have 94 more weeks to travel the USA. Not sure if I should rent at a Marriott Hotel again.

My bad experience here all started with the check in, I walked up to the front desk where there were 2 ladies behind the desk but 1 of them was looking down so I assumed she was busy on the computer but come to find out she was just sitting on her phone so I went to the next lady but as soon as I come up to the counter she started looking down at her phone also (granted she didn't make eye contact so she probably didn't know I was there) and I had sat there for about a minute maybe 2 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge me and then once she finally acknowledged me she apologized and then proceeded to rush through the check in process in a unpleasant tone as if I was unconvincing her. Then once we got to our room we had noticed an old key card had been left under the desk, the coffee maker still had a old used coffee filter in it, and the bathroom curtain had reminants of old hardened body wash. We never received any room service besides when we requested a crib for our 1 year old but besides that we didn't receive any housekeeping, we did have a do not disturb sign on between 11:30 and 2 because our daughter was sleeping but when we left the room right after 2 there was a group of 3 housekeepers sitting and just chatting about random topics in the hallway and then as we were about to get into the elevator another group of 2 housekeepers were coming out talking about how they needed to start at room 235 and work their way down. We were in 201 and didn't get service.

Checked in and was given a dirty room with dried blood on the pillow case and sheets .the closet had trash in it and the bathroom had not been cleaned . we were giving another room but it was hard to get relaxed after finding dried blood on a made bed with means they didnt remove the bedding and put clean sheets on the bed.at $194. A night you would expect the room to be clean!
