朱庇特酒店(Jupiter Hotel)

Great location for night life. The staff are friendly. The room we had was directly above a bar that didn't close until midnight. Thr front desk offers ear plugs. The room was small and smelled. The sheets were clean but made me itchy. The bathroom was clean but outdated, reminded me of a trucker restroom.

The Jupiter Hotel was the worst hotel of my life. The surrounding area was dark and the lighted buildings were bars and bars, parking was other buildings, and there were condoms in the room, so it was not a hotel for travelers, there was no coffee in the room, and the murals were gloomy. I couldn't sleep because the heater was noisy. They hold a deposit of $90 but only returned $80. and the room was $150 for a night according to the **********, but they actually got $175. The impression of Portland has deteriorated.

Hotel was clean, but it’s not family friendly. There is also no parking. You have to find street parking. No amenities, not even an iron.

This is not a hotel. The place next door called the Next is lovely. But this place has terribly small rooms, no closets or hangars, very limited lobby service. We were given a dirty to begin with and no accommodations to compensate. Staff were nice but the Manager rigid, unfriendly and poor skills. Overpriced and poor value is the main issue.

I booked the Jupiter hotel n cause of the property including the Doug Fir bar. When I arrived I found both closed. It had been turned into a COVID facility. I was sent to their sister property. ******* mentioned neither. Bait amd switch. I’d like a refund.

Super impressed with this hotel. Room Rates are affordable and the hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are amazing! They are all very personable, friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I also want to say that the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that is mounted on the wall in the shower is outstanding, and so is the hand lotion. Those products are First Class and 5-stars all by themselves. Thank you all!

I arrived at this hotel in the pouring rain. There was no place to park to check in. I parked five blocks away to check in. The check-in area was very noisy, and two people behind the desk were irritated to help me. I was told that there was no parking available and that I'd have to use a sketchy pay lot a couple blocks away. When I walked to my room, the hotel parking lot was cordoned off , and there were no cars parked in the lot. All this after a long flight. These people do not care about you!
