在冠軍聯賽決賽中住了2晚。地理位置優越,步行7分鐘即可到達Trindade Metro,有直達機場的線路。房間很乾淨,舒適,牀保證了晚上睡個好覺。淋浴也不錯,而且工作人員都很熱情,超級有幫助,最重要的是...會說兩種語言。早餐在一個盒子裏8歐肯定值得,因爲我被塞滿了。Expresso的拍攝是一次很好的觸摸。強烈推薦。

Great location close to the Metro, although a bit noisy as there is construction outside and a barking next door. The rooms are tiny with minimal amenities. This is not a 4 star hotel as our package promised. Just a heads up, they charge you for extra coffee pods. Staff here is professional and very helpful-they wear many hats! They helped us book an amazing tour. Walking distance to shopping, an amazing indoor food court, and grocery stores. The breakfast room is very nice, and has good selections.

I arrived at the hotel on 20 November 2022 for a 5 night stay. The stay was business related and with so many hotels to choose from, I decided to go with the Porto Palacio. What an excellent choice! The hotel is absolutely brilliant - I cannot find a fault. Check-in was very smooth and on arrival to the room - wow - very modern, crisp clean sheets on the bed and a spacious room. In terms of food, the Breakfast experience was the best part of the stay for me. I have stayed in many hotels around the world - both on a personal basis and a business basis - I can honestly say that the breakfast staff at the Porto Palacio are the best I've ever come across. On arrival, I was seated quickly. On Day 1, the staff members memorised what I had that cannot be chosen by the buffet - for example, a tea and two plates (as I like two plates) - on Days 2 and for the rest of the trip, I didn't even need to ask. I was called by my Title and Surname on arrival. The whole experience was brilliant. I would like to mention a lady called Rosa and another lady (they both greet staff members at the door) - their hospitality skills are great and they are always smiling - nothing is too much for them. I didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but had room service as personally, I like to relax after a day at the office. The food was of good quality and was tasty and piping hot. I used the gym during my stay - the gym is open to members of the public, therefore is not your usual hotel gym. It's huge - there are loads of machines and I was never waiting for someone to finish using something. Staff members are friendly. All in all - a brilliant stay and is a genuine 5 star hotel! I will return to the Porto Palacio both on a business basis and also on a personal basis - Porto looks like a great city! It's a shame that I didn't have time to look around as I had a busy schedule but I will certainly be back! Thank you!!

Very nice, and even stay with the same hotel with my friend

The Neya is a large, stylish and quiet hotel with very courteous and helpful reception staff. The staff in the rooftop bar were similarly friendly and efficient. Our stay in a fourth floor room overlooking the Douro was comfortable, but now the complaints…….. our room wasn’t serviced during the three days of our stay, even when we requested it by way of a label on the outside door handle. We mentioned this at reception when we left but received no apology. The second issue isn’t a complaint as such, just a call for some inventive and common sense thinking ……. the restaurant is large and long…..breakfast is an exercise in logistics and endurance…… why place the butter and jams 30 steps away from the bread, why is the milk amid the ham and cheese and some way from the tea and coffee? Someone needs to look as if they are the customer.

早餐很棒，有停車位，離河邊走路10分鐘左右吧，旁邊也有shopping mall..有美食中心……taxi 打車點，很方便

Quarto com boa área e limpo, cama muito confortável. WC bem equipado e funcional. Pequeno almoço buffet entre as 6 e as 12h e muito bem servido. Parque coberto grátis, com acesso direto aos quartos. Relativamente perto da cidade do Porto Simpatia no atendimento

Gostava de deixar um comentário sobre o Novotel porque realmente surpreendeu-me muito pela positiva. Ia sem grandes expectativas. Vi alguns comentários que mencionavam a antiguidade dos quartos e a falta de modernidade. A realidade NÃO é essa. O Hotel é maravilhoso. A entrada é enorme, os funcionários são super simpáticos e facilitam a estadia. Ficamos num quarto com vista para o mar. Com uma boa casa de banho, com uma banheira grande. Os armários do quarto são imensos! Tem um sofá cama mesmo que seja um quarto para dois. A televisão era igualmente enorme! O quarto é bonito, com uma decoração, e aconchegante. Tem ar condicionado e um mini bar que estava incluído no preço todas as bebidas do mesmo. A zona do restaurante era muito bonita. A piscina? Muito boa. A água estava sempre morna. De 0 a 10, avalio o Novotel com um 9 e só não dou um 10 pelo tamanho da piscina. É um hotel muito bom e procurado por famílias com crianças, o que faz com que a piscina esteja sempre cheia. Quanto ao pequeno almoço também quero deixar um elogio, pois é bastante variado e nunca deixam acabar as coisas. Gostei muito
