塞烏塔露天套房(Ceuta Terrace Suites)

Estuvimos alojados en una época de frío. La calefacción no funciona. Me informaron que habían solicitado hace más de 15 días el servicio de reparación y no lo habían logrado. Desastroso tema. Ubicación del Hotel muy buena, desayuno muy bueno atención buena.

Solo tengo comentarios POSITIVOS. La habitación perfecta, limpieza, tamaño, instalaciones, comodidad. No hay nada que decir. La atención de la señora que nos recibió increíble. ...super amable. El desayuno INCREÍBLE Y DELICIOSO. El pan exquisito y todo de buena calidad y limpisimo. El ambiente perfecto, las vistas desde la terraza. Así que doy un 10/10

Excellent service from all staff. Superb location very central. Super clean and spacious suite. Stylish decoration and good quality furniture. Comfortable beds, coffee machine in the room, desk, sofa and TV with Netflix. Great breakfast with lots of options. Special thanks to the wonderful staff.

Une belle découverte à Porto, établissement idéalement placé pour tout faire à pied, personnel disponible, au petit soin. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres avec toutes les attentions et le service d’un hôtel haut de gamme. Le petit déjeuner et la terrasse sur les toits sont un réel atout et les projets de développement de l’hôtel sont très prometteurs. Merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse.

Da fuori non promette bene, il palazzo è un po' malandato e l'aparthotel si trova al 5 piano ma devo dire che valeva la pena soggiornare in questa struttura centrale e confortevole. La nostra suite familiare aveva 2 camere da letto e un salottino con divano letto, un piccolo frigorifero, acqua, TV in due camere, il bagno non era molto grande ma con un bel box doccia, perfetta per una famiglia con 2 figlie adolescenti; la colazione è varia con dolce e salato, ci è stato chiesto l'orario in cui prevedevano di fare colazione perché la sala non fosse affollata, purtroppo non è stato possibile godere della terrazza perché il tempo è stato troppo variabile ma c'è davvero una bella vista. Pulizia impeccabile e cambio di asciugamani giornaliero, l' unica nota non positiva è il rumore proveniente dal cortile interno dato da grandi condizionatori non della struttura ma di altre attività , chiudendo le finestre si risolve il problema e si riposa bene. Nel complesso direi una ottima struttura a poca distanza da tutte le attrazioni principali di Oporto.

Fabulous stay at Ceuta Terrace Suites! The whole team was so lovely here to accommodate my friends and I. Our flight arrived at 9.30am, check in was not until 4 but they turned around our room early and thankfully we got to check in by 2pm. The room was 2 bedrooms (for 3 people), it was very clean, tidy, and well decorated too with ample storage space, a fridge a coffee machine and a safe. It had everything we needed. There was a lovely breakfast buffet in the morning, with eggs made to order fresh, fruits, yogurts, cereals, toast and fresh juice/coffee/tea! Very delightful! To add to the beauty, there is also a rooftop terrace with sofas and seating and tables, we often brought up a few bottles of wine in the early evening to enjoy before we went out for dinner. They also have a bar on the rooftop for those would like to buy drinks there. The location cannot be better, with only a 5 minute walk to Sao Bento station, and to the tourist buses (which you can book with reception btw) it was brilliantly placed. The Riberia area is only a 10 minute downhill walk away (you may want to get a taxi back up as it’s a steep walk up from riberia). A final special mention to the staff here, who are all so wonderful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay special and delightful! We look forward to visiting again when we come to Porto and thank them for our wonderful stay.

Wir hatten als Paar hier eine Suite für 4 Nächte gebucht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit; die Suite ist sehr groß und schick eingerichtet. Eine besondere Freude ist morgens das Frühstück. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen und falls doch ist Personal zugegen das einem weiterhilft. Die Terrasse sorgt für angenehmes Ambiente. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Nous nous sommes rendus à Porto pour les vacances de février. Nous avons séjourné au Ceuta Terrace Suites. L hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tous les lieux à visiter. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Les chambres très spacieuses, très propres, la literie est confortable (matelas plutôt ferme). Nous avons dormi dans une suite avec deux lits une personne, un lit double king size. La salle de bain a tout le matériel nécessaire (gel douche, shampooing, sèche cheveux....) Les serviettes sont changées tous les jourset les lits faits également tous les jours. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel
