波爾圖黎哥酒店(Hotel Porto Rico)

Julio 23, un calor que te mueres, la ciudad llena hasta los topes de turistas españoles (como nosotros pero más gritones) imposible aparcar en la calle, obras en la avenida principal que está cerca del hotel, no tiene carga y descarga y hay que avisar en recepción si quieres meter el coche para que te abran el portón. El parking es de difícil acceso y aún más difícil de sacar, te lo cobran en efectivo, así como la tasa turística. Se quedan con las llaves de tu coche y cada vez que quieres acceder a él tienes que bajar con alguien del personal. Es un hotel modesto, bastante vintage. La habitación estaba en la última planta y daba a la parte trasera, con lo cual era muy tranquila. Limpia, además. Está a una distancia caminando del centro bastante asequible.

Horrible expérience ,à part l'emplacement en plein centre cet "hotel" est une véritable arnaque la chambre doit convenir à des liliputiens tellement elle est petite ,la salle de bain minuscule avec en plus les wc on ne peut pas se retourner L'accueil est déplorable il faut tout payer en espèces refus catégorique des CB pour le garage ,pour les pdj alors qu'ils sont déja payés sur booking c'est du vol !!

Si puedes no vengas a este hotel. El lavabo estaba súper sucio con pelos de diferente partes del cuerpo en la taza, el suelo estaba lleno de porqueria, NO hay persiana y al ser una calle concurrida y luminosa parece de día en la habitación. Hay muchísimo ruido del exterior, botellas, coches, gritos...La habitación huele a cloaca. FATAL!!!!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel. Nous avons été emmené à 100 mètres de l’hôtel, dans un petit studio propre et tout équipé. Un emplacement idéal, en plein centre ville et proche des commodités. Le seul point noir a été le bruit la nuit… mais avec une bonne paire de boules quies ça a été parfait ! A la fin de notre séjour nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel toute la journée et ainsi évite de payer une consigne à bagage ! Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à l’hôtel et ça a été un excellent séjour pour nous. Nous reviendrons et recommandons cet hôtel.

Hotel centralissimo , da fuori non ispira fiducia , ma invece all'interno tutto ristrutturato di nuovo , camere accoglienti anche se semplici , Pulizia Giornaliera . La colazione era un po' scarsa , ma ci si deve accontentare . Prezzo giusto per la sistemazione . Personale e Proprietario disponibili e Gentili .

I was very disappointed. The property was a block away from the actual reception area and they require the key be brought back anytime you leave. The towels were old and stained, the pillows were old and stained, the property was in less than acceptable condition.

Nice staff, centrally located, cleen and fair price. Walking distance to just about everything and a lot of restaurants around.

BEWARE!! Before you book a reservation at this location, it is not a hotel. This consists of 2 apartment buildings that are labeled as “hotels”. My family and I arrived and were required to pay on site. Upon paying, we were told that parking was an extra 25 euros per day and they might not able to accommodate my vehicle for two days. They stated their garage was full despite offering parking on their booking. We were then taken to a building about 2 blocks away which we were told is where our “room” was. Outside of said building, there were individuals smoking ********* and there are a series of restaurants and bars near the entrance. The entrance to the building was not secure. Upon entering the building to go to our room, we had to walk up 10 flights of stairs as there was no elevator. We entered the room which had an odd smell. The beds and pillows were not sterilized. One of the pillows had sweat stains and the bed appeared appeared as if someone had slept in it. In the bathroom, there weren’t many towels nor soaps aside from hand soap. This was an apartment that was being advertised as a hotel. There was no safety deposit box, coffee nor refreshments in the refrigerator. Upon returning from dinner, the restaurant next door had placed all their tables and chairs inside of the apartment lobby. We decided to leave and the owner refused to give us a refund, ignored all calls/emails from ******* and is falsely advertising this as a hotel. Do not stay here and get scammed.

Brilliant little 2 star hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and on check in, they gave us a map and showed us a walk to do ourselves to ensure we saw all the sights. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it. Air con worked super well. The shower was nice. Bed comfy. WiFi excellent.
