Staff were friendly enough until we had a problem in the room. Tv not working and the manager asks” are you going to be annoyed if this doesn’t work” not quite what we expected to hear on our first visit ended up having to fix it ourselves

The location and the sights from the room are amazing. Also the room is clean and the stuff is nice and helpful. HOWEVER, they don't tell you they play live music that makes the hotel's walls tremble from 9:30 pm until 12 am!! (This could be fine for some people but we were looking to rest and had no warning of it when booking). For some unexplainable miracle my children didn't wake up after we put them to bed at 8:30 pm, otherwise I would have left and asked for a refund. On the other hand, my husband and I had a tough time trying to sleep and the terrible mattresses didn't help either. You would think this is pretty bad, but the top of the cake was that my 2 year old son got burned with the bathroom radiator!!! Luckily, he didn't get any blisters and didn't need any medical assistance, but he got a mark on his tiny bum and a lot of crying. We had the family room and didn't expect that there would be very high temperature devices so exposed (it was right next to the toilet) . Bottom line, if you're thinking on booking here, seriously RUN AND BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA , there are plenty.

Very poor quality hotel, no parking, room 2 floors up in the attic area with sloping roof, that you hit your head on. Dinner inedible and had to be returned. Breakfast good, very different to evening food, eat elsewhere

Lovely room with everything we needed, no freezer in the kitchen area otherwise a very lovely friendly place to stay

Lovely apartments, which catered very well for a surprise Family gathering, celebrating a 60th Birthday. Dinner and Breakfast Menus offered good selection at reasonable prices, in addition to catering for gluten free. Overall, very good value for money; we shall return.

The room was tiny with sloped ceiling above bed. Had to bend our head to get in and out of bed. Bed extremely soft and uncomfortable. Very strange wardrobe! Radiator in bathroom dangerously hot! Lovely view from window. Staff pleasant.

Really enjoyed stay. Great situation. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Great value for money. Only gripe was that I was unable to get through to staff on the phone easily but I appreciate it was off season and mid week. Would definitely recommend and return with no hesitation.

Once again we enjoyed our stay at the Harbour House, however, disappointed that there were no real ales on tap and the price of food has risen for pretty average pub grub

Sofa bed was horrific! Heating didn’t work. Apartment could do with a good clean and upgrade.
